Would NOT recommend buying or selling from this place. Called to inquire about a brand new ddj-flx2 pioneer deck, told me immediately that it’s too “old”. However the earliest model came out in late 2024 and I just bought it not even 3 weeks ago unused. Didn’t bother to give me the time of day and hung up on me immediately after telling me to go to facebook marketplace. Customer service sucks.

Fair place! I go here for all my check cashing and I even bought a used flat screen 60 inch TV here a few weeks ago. The owner is understandable and he's always there.

Absolute predators. I get that pawn shops don't get the best reps, but not all of them are like these guys, empire loan does respectable business, but money stop PREYs on addicts, they should be shut down not to mention their terrible customer service. They talk to everyone like they're addicts because that's who keeps their lights on.

Family owned and operated, was treated very respectfully and they helped me on very short notice. I get that all pawn shops need to be able to sell the item and make a profit. But some places give you insulting offers where they're just trying to take advantage of you. The 3 or 4 times I've come here, I've always been offered very fair if not very good offers overall. So I just appreciate knowing I'm not trying to be taken advantage of!

Unprofessional went to pawn a chain was told the diamonds weren’t real went up the street got 700 maybe should get up to date diamond testing equipment not rubbing peoples jewelry on a counter top no wonder you guys had move out downtown owner is a Moran

I stopped in a while back. Had a Gary Fisher mountain bike that sold for $2000 dollars, less than three months old. The guy I talked to told me $50, he also told me Walmart had a contract to start selling Gary Fisher bikes in a few months. Naturally, I walked... sold it a few days later for $1700. I know pawn shops are not known to be reputable but, wow... talk about scamming?Walmart still/never has/never will sell high end mountain bikes.
