Really good experience. Took care of our daughter's older Honda when its ignition system started to fail. I spoke with him several times by phone and Phil was very courteous, conscientious and informative regarding his diagnosis and recommended repair. Our daughter reported the same from her in-person experience. Certainly would use him again.

Phil is an honest mechanic. He gave me a fair and precise quote without any surprises. He is patient, polite and easy to work with. After changing the brake rotors and pads, he showed me the replaced parts and explained to me why the rotor needs to be replaced. I would recommend his shop to anyone who needs an honest mechanic.

Phil is very nice and kept me informed of the cost and timeline of the repairs to both our family cars. He did a great job explaining what repairs were needed now and what repairs could wait. When he replaced the motor mounts for my Acura MDX, he saved the old broken parts and showed them to me when I came to pick up the car and also explained how they work! In addition, he replaced my brakes and rotors for half the price as when I had them done at Firestone, and he showed me that the quality of the brakes he was using was better than the quality of the ones I had. He also guaranteed no problems with the brakes for 1 year or he would fix them for free. So far I've had two cars repaired at Phil's, and I feel that I've found a mechanic I can trust. I would strongly recommend Phil's Auto Repair to anyone looking for good trustworthy mechanic at a good price.
