OVER PRICED & UNDER SERVICED :(
I booked a facial for 1:30pm- that was slotted for 75 minutes $140. 15 minutes of that 75 minutes time is supposed to be for getting ready and/or consulting about the service.(which I didn’t know) - The aesthetician came to get me at 1:35pm. The facial began at 1:41pm. She was nice, but it was ALOT of foot & hand massage, which is generally amazing, but I was really paying money for a facial that I desperately needed. The aesthetician then informed me that it was over and to meet her outside. I looked down at my phone and the time was 2:34pm- I understand the short consultation, but I didn’t even get a full 60 minutes of service. I know it sounds Like 7 minutes short isn’t a lot but at $140 every minute kind of counts and we could’ve done so much more for my face!! I was really disappointed at the level of service because this spot used to be the premier luxury spa in worcester and now, I feel like my facials at MASSAGE ENVY are even higher quality. It really sucked. No more TU MODA for me.

Yesterday was my first time going for a full spa and it was amazing I love it they are very professional! I can’t wait for the next Spa. They are all good but Nardy took care of me! She was very professional and amazing! It is worth the $$

Booked couples massage for me and my wife online and they started the massage then said that we couldn’t do the massage because it wasn’t in their system. Pulled us out of the room for individual massage. Then we finished our individual massage, walked by the room they pulled us in to find an empty room. Worse service.

My massage was fantastic. But the receptionist charged my card more than my invoice. Be careful and check your statements or pay in cash.

I was a customer at Tu Moda for probably 15 years . I saw Ani almost from the get go and really loved how she was so-down to earth , talented and just a pleasure to be around .
Prices have steeped up but it was still a service I was willing to pay for. The company did restructure after COVID and I missed the larger space they were in and a lot of the staff. Yet I still went.
But, being charged for a service I did not receive is not acceptable. I received no reminder text or call that I had appointment. Any other service company would send you a reminder. I must have made the appointment 4 months ago.
When I brought it to the customer service front desk they said someone called me. This is absolutely not true. No message and no track of the call from recent calls. I called today and asked to speak to the owner , Jose. and he did not call me back !
I’m very insulated and angry . Customers deserve better.

Tu Moda Salon and Spa - I can not say enough good things about this place! I travel from south Florida to MA to get my hair done every 7 weeks! I have tried 5 to 6 different salons where I live and nothing compares to the way the hairstylists color at Tu Moda. Even for facials- No one compares to Anoush, Elizabeth, or Tara!

$83 for a 10 minute soak and 10 minute foot massage? What? The massage was great, but $83??? What???
I was told to be there for a certain time and it would take an hour. I waited 15 minutes past my appt time without explanation and was out the door 20 minutes later.
I feel ripped off and it was a gift!

This place looks fancy so I decided to give them a try. I went for a long bob with bangs. Unfortunately my haircut is awful. I wish I can say otherwise. They took of so much hair from the top that I have 0 volume 0 body, my bangs where all sorts of lengths.
I went back just to get my bangs fixed the receptionist felt the need to tell me “all their staff are very very experienced” when I asked to get a different stylist. When I asked if I would be charged she said that was up to the stylist.
I was in fact charged for get my bangs fixed. I don’t recommend them for hair cuts

I recently got a haircut and asked for a long bob, explaining exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, it looks like I ended up with poorly cut layers that resemble a child's work.
