In counterpoint to the majority of the impatient, self-aggrandizing "Masshole" reviews on here. This place was great. Yesterday, I drove up a 15ft box truck one-way from Va Beach. There was a 10-12 min wait in line to check-in. Yes, there was a line because no one is perfect like you and some folks need help. Unclutch your pearls, Karen. There were no delays to unload into the storage unit. There were plenty of dollies. It took no time to return it. Every worker was friendly and professional. The place is clean, well lit and secure. Thanks, U-Haul.

We needed a last minute reservation/delivery of a U-Box - on a Saturday (a busy Saturday). Adrian (manager) could not have been more helpful and patient with us. Adrian and Russ worked together through system and logistical issues to get us taken care of. Cannot thank them enough for their efforts in making it work. Thank you!!

On a slippery, icy morning, I had to rent a van to pick up some lumber at HD. I changed the order so I needed a bigger truck to handle the load. I called while at HD and explained my situation. They said no problem come on back and switch trucks. They had the paperwork and the new truck ready and waiting to go. They were all very professional from the first day counter girl to the General Manager of the store. Thanks for making the day a little easier. Great job!

Probably the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. I had a half day rental and I was charged for 4 full days. I’ve been on the phone with customer service AND the worcester location’s manager a total of 7 times combined and I never received my money or a call back. Customer service closed the case multiple times without resolving the issue. Stay away from this location.

I had a hitch installed at the Belmont St Worcester location. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. The manager and the young man who did the installation were both kind and professional.

Belmont/ Shrewsbury St. Uhaul is the Bomb! Customer Service is off the ⛓️. Had me out the door and in my rental in less than 15 minutes. The Best ?

If I could leave zero stars I would. The manager at this place is awful! I made a reservation and upon arrival I was very rudely told my drivers license was fake and that they would not rent me a van. My license was issued in 2018 and does not expire until next year. I had to call the Worcester police station, have an officer show up and confirm my license was valid before they would rent to me. Over an hour of my time wasted.Throughout this whole process I tried my best to stay level headed, never even raising my voice. However the manager was rude, dismissive, and has no business working in customer service. After the the officer confirmed my license was real and simply an older version, she didn’t even apologize. She doubled down by taking a photo of me and my id on her personal cell phone and insisting she did that with every customer.Uhaul corporate if you actually read these reviews, it’s time to trim the FAT. This woman is costing your business money.

I dealt with Samantha the assistant manager she is awesome she has patience she worked with me and when I fell behind on my payments and she worked with me very very very grateful for her assistance and her patience. She should be the face of U-Haul on Belmont Street

Had a tow hitch installed on my new car. The installer treated the parts with care as he removed them. Service was top notch, quick, professional operation. Delivered as promised. Even went the extra mile to ensure my keyless sensor was relocated to not impact performance. All-in-all highly recommended. Keep up the great work!

Staff was extremely unprofessional. Their radio system was on loud for all to hear and while I checked in, my wife pulled around back to the trailers. Clearly over the radio I hear “Some N****r out here trying to back up to the trailers, I’m about to call the cops on them” and the ladies at the front just laughed it off. They continued to joke back and forth with derogatory comments on the radio while I was being checked out while I could hear everything. They also continued to say derogatory comments around my wife while hooking up the trailer. Then they hooked us up to a trailer that before we left the lot found was coated with mud on the inside. In addition our lights were not working and they said “are you driving at night” we said no and they said it shouldn’t be a problem. Finally, we asked for a different trailer that was clean and they agreed to change it for us. They hooked up the chains wrong, which we discovered and fixed ourselves. The only good thing was that it turned out it was our electrical adapter that was causing the lights not to work and they ended up giving this to us for free. So some redemption at the end but a very rough road to start.
