Fast and easy. I didn't have all my information, and the service professionals were helpful and patient. It was a pricey ship, but I came in on Saturday, and needed my package to arrive monday.

So nice and helpful! I had to return a sofa that I could not fit back in the original box. We tried
one ups store and they were awful and not helpful at all. Went to Worcester and they built me a box and took care of repacking. There was a fee for but worth it! Need a UPS store, 100,% recommend this one!

HORRIBLE experience. I suggest DO NOT COME HERE!!! Indian guy sitting in the back, doing nothing has a BAD attitude for no reason. The one with the glasses was nice. Definitely don't spend your money here though, go to the Fedex store. Staff at FedEx store MUCH more polite, helpful, and professional.

Horrible experience here. This is apparently a franchise store so the manager thinks he makes the rules. He try saying that next time he would refuse me being able to pick up my package for my business because I don’t have a Photo ID for the business. Even though I brought with me all documents by the state of Massachusetts that I own the business and my address on my photo Id with my name matched everything on the documents. Just because you have a bad day don’t mean you should take it out on your customers. Shout out to the boy helping me and stood his ground to this manager’s bulling.

Called for a notary stamp and was told I could come in whenever. When I got there the UPS Worker made up every excuse not to notarize my documents. Went down the street to another notary and had zero issues getting my documents notarized. Complete waste of time at this store.

I wish you could give ZERO stars. I received a 70+ lbs. package that was damaged BY UPS. UPS would only pick it up the following day but I couldn’t work from home that day so I tried to arrange for a later day. Nope. They left a label and I was on my own to get it out.
The following Saturday I dragged the giant package to my car and brought it to the park ave UPS store. When I arrived the manager said they couldn’t take the package without a label. Unfortunately the label tore off while I was getting it to the car. I drove home and found the label but it was unreadable.
Then I spent 30 minutes on the phone to have a new label sent to me and went back to the UPS Store a second time. I called the park ave store to ask if I would be able to print my label there. “Yes, we can do that.” When I arrived I was told I would be charged $3 for the service TO PRINT OUT A LABEL TO RETURN A PACKAGE DAMAGED BY UPS.
I drove back home to print the label returning to the store for a third time. This time the two staff members said they couldn’t help me until the manager came back. So I continued sitting there waiting for someone to help me. From delivery to return, UPS’s parent company and the park ave store had some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
