Made an appointment online after talking with a traveling notary. First off he acted like he didn’t have time for me and then was going to charge me over 100 bucks just do the notary, never mind a few for traveling and mileage. So anyway I called this place and they said 10 bucks. I didn’t think it was true but I showed up and sure enough they charged me 10 dollars. The process took about 5 minutes. It was painless and easy. They were friendly and helpful.

Unlike other people here, I can only praise this UPS store. I do a lot of business with them and am always delighted. Always competent, quick, professional. The best UPS store I have been to. Shubham Garg is excellent as Notary Public too.

During the busy holiday season, I visited this location several times, for various reasons. The office manager and staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this UPS location.

This location shipped our item in the original box and packaging. We purchased insurance too. When the item delivered damaged, UPS refused to cover because, in their opinion, the item was improperly packaged. You could clearly see the item was dropped on its ends and top repeatedly, despite the store applying FRAGILE stickers on each side. Total ripoff. Incredibly expensive too.

I've been to this location on two separate occasions for document printing,I had different employees each time and both were extremely rude. I made an Amazon return here and got attitude because it took a minute for my return code to load. Not to mention $6 just to print a shipping label from email is outrageous. I'll go elsewhere thank you. If you are going to charge $6 for a label maybe be nicer to your customers. Not to mention as I was leaving the store I was speaking with my fiance and said screw that I will go to staples it's cheaper, to which the employee rudely interjected, they're actually more expensive. News flash I worked for them in the copy center and no it's not. Even for a rush order print job from email it's only a 2-3 dollar charge dependent on the job size.I have worked for the UPS store before in another town. At that location email prints had a $3 charge plus the pages printed. That store owner made the choice to wave that fee for customers just coming in to print a single page, not saying you guys should do this but you are screwing people with prices here. I printed my label out at staples self copy for 30 CENTS. All this location wants to do is waste your time and ruin your day.

I think the Indian guy is the owner as he tries to sell you stuff you won't need and acts he's in a hurry. Buyer be aware or try going to other UPS stores instead of feeling you got ripped off afterwards.

The owner of this store is dishonest. I believe he strives to increase the profit margins by inflating the size of packages and maybe even the weight of packages (when he thinks he can get away with it)I was treated disrespectfully and dishonestly by the owner of this store!My box measured 39"Tall x 21.5" Wide x 23" Length. The owner modified the sizes to 40" x 24" x 23 causing the a 'large box fee'$195.00 above the normal shipping cost. TOTAL Cost $366.41.I'm disputing the charge with UPS Customer Relations and American Express.What I've learned: - DO NOT ship at this store or any other franchised UPS store. UPS will not back you up. Print your own label or go to UPS directly! Luckily, I was able to furnish the pictures proving the owner inflated the box measurements. At this point I shouldn't have any trouble getting the refund, either from the UPS store owner or American Express. This entire process has taken hours and hours and hours. Don't put yourself in this position. Pictures are worth a thousand words!Ship Wisely!Continuation after the owner reply:Oh my Gosh - This owner has NO INTEGRITY either. UPS confirmed that I should have been charged only $171.00 for the shipment. (the reason I'm even filing disputes)The owner measured the package himself and entered the bad measurements. The owner printed the label. He an ONLY he is responsible for this outcome. It seems the owner is confused about how to use a tape measure.The pictures don't lie. The story tells itself. I was overcharged with malice. The most honorable thing to do now; is own up to the error, correct the error and both of us can move on. This is the only way to save face.

I've used this store before and I've had multiple minor problems that have had me running around to do their job for them. The biggest issue that I've had was today when I dropped off two packages for returns to Amazon. One of the boxes I brought in for return is worth over $300 for a return and they did not scan it onto my receipt but they scanned my $45 return onto the receipt. The employee running the store does not hold their employees accountable nor do they care to give support to customers when the store location makes mistakes. Instead of fixing their mistake and checking for the package even with an extra copy of the tracking slip they'd rather just give you the 1 800 number and send you on your way so they don't have to give extra effort or do extra work.Update: once again I had yo do your job for you. I spoke with customer service with UPS and they confirmed YOU CAN look up receipts and tracking labels from Amazon and other packages being dropped off or picked up in your system. Poor customer service and management to allow this nonesense. I also confirmed with Amazon that they have a direct confirmation system when returns are recieved and scanned to update in the Amazon return system. This review will remain a 1 star and I'll be using a different location for my returns and future mailing.

Great people always helpful. These people go beyond to help other people. I highly recommend this store. They have variety of service to offer and they professionally trained in packing and printing services.
