Veronica is one of the best supervisors.I had an issue with a package and she went above and beyond to help. She made sure the situation was handled and even called and checked in to follow up.

Place is a joke. How do you have a phone number provided but NEVER pick up the phone? Then on top of that all mailboxes are full so you can't even leave a message.
Goodluck trying to get any information from them.

The post office seems fine as we've mailed things from there when in the area; we don't reside in Worcester and I am always worried about losing a piece of mail, mailed to somewhere; so I cross my fingers each time we do this; it seems that your followed but I imagine this.
I thought that I had submitted post before but they must have been removed; I tend to reveal too much setting me up for failure and more of the same.
I was surprised seeing an old phone landline and with a dial tone. I took pic of this to share.

I’ve had nothing but issues trying to get packages delivered from them and also they need people who speak different languages to deal with non English speaking customers. . One guy was holding everyone up cuz they couldn’t understand him.

It seems like everyone likes to complain about this post office, but it is conveniently located and has better hours than most nearby. My recommendation... don't go at the peak times. If you've been living in Worcester you know that from 4-6pm you'll find lines at the post office and traffic on 290, and there's no need to complain about it.
The truth is, this post office location has better hours than most others nearby, opening before and closing after almost every other post office in the area. So for those crucial times that we need to get something in the mail, the Worcester community is thankful to have this post office nearby. For those that use the walls and walls of PO boxes, you’ll find access just a little more convenient.
In my experience, the staff have always been pleasant and willing to help navigate the various services they offer.
Parking can be a little tricky if the main parking lot on the corner is full, there is another parking lot for bulk mail customers and the driveway for this lot is maybe 20ft. before the main parking lot entrance.

This place is horrible. Once I arrived early and they made me wait another day, I arrived late with my 5-month-old baby. I arrived only 3 minutes late and they didn't want to serve me. They are the most horrible people I have ever seen. They don't seem human.

This place is horrible, i was suppose to get a package today yet the status of my package has been stuck on "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" since 8 am in the morning, they don't even have the decency to update the status if there was a problem, not recommended.

Someone had only one job and just couldn’t do it. I usually do not leave reviews but this is the second time this is happening to me. The first time was in 2020 when my box of items from Florida was delivered to me half empty with most of the items missen, and when I came to the post office to report the rep at the counter was super rude.
Today I tracked a mail that I was expecting and when I checked I was told it was delivered to a P.O. Box at Joseph D Early Post Office. I do not have a P.O. Box so I was wondering why that would happen. I got there for them to check only for the guy at the counter(Samy) to rudely discharge me. When I asked for his supervisor's number to call he gave me a number to dial and as soon as I did it wasn’t going through. I told him and he rudely asked me to go make my call elsewhere and that if it didn't go through I should just leave a message and that he had to attend to people, mind you there was only one person he if me at that time and there were other two people also working at the counter who could attend to the one person behind me because they were not attending to anyone at that moment.
Thankfully one of the people behind the counters(Ezechiel) was free at that moment and I went to speak with him I pleaded with him to please assist me in finding my mail, and he was very kind and empathetic about it. He asked me to write down the tracking number, my address, and my details so he could look into it. At this point, I had tears in my eyes from his kind words and waited for him to go check for it, and even though he didn't find it he did show me the next step to take and I was in so much tears before leaving the post office.
I cried because of how rudely Samy discharged me like I was there to waste his time and how kind and important Ezechiel made me feel. You choose to be at the front desk or behind the counter, it means you are ready to work with people and you have to be kind to people when working with people because you do not know what they are going through. God bless you, Ezechiel.
Update.
So today ( July 19, 2024) I did receive a voicemail (sent yesterday) from the supervisor Zachary, who apologized for the confusion and the inconvenience caused and told me to wait for some hours or till today as he was waiting to hear from the carrier to see where she delivered my package to and Zachary gave me a call soon as he got the answer and said the package has been sent to my mail. I went to check and thankfully the package finally has been delivered. God bless everyone at the post office who took their time off to make this happen after I've been told it could be lost.

Staff is always VERY friendly and understanding/apologetic of long wait times. I had to ship something internationally & Scott was extremely patient and helpful. This is always my go to post office. Thank you to everyone for the work you do.

Nice enough people, but package delivery is unreliable. Gets there late, if it all. They’ve ruined more than a few of my weekend trips but failing to deliver packages in a timely manner
