Was told my undeliverable certified mail was going to take 6 days to return. Was told they would mail it back, did not tell me I had to be there to sign for it. Was left a slip stating unable to return, called the post office because I was confused and frustrated and was told to go to the main post office on Central st. To pick it up. Went there only to be told I had to go to the Greendale branch to pick it up!!!! Horrible service.

I have had a great experience at this post office.The workers were friendly and assisted me. I was there to send a parcel. One of the workers patiently explained to me the different charges for the possible delivery dates which helped me to choose the best package.I was also here for my baby’s passport appointment. The customer service was great. Within a very short time we were done. This is the best place to book for your passport appointment.This post office is very spacious and clean. I love being here.

Some employees don't know how to problem solve or critical think. Wasted a trip here because a employee didn't know how to scan a barcode for a customs form. Other employees didn't know how to assist. Went elsewhere.

These workers are lazy, rude, and careless. They are very unprofessional. This Guy Bill yelled at me today because I told him to go checked if my package is there after he lied and told me my package is not there. On the USPS app, it says my package was forwarded to my PO. Box. He was like oh, you want me to go all the way in the back for what. I told him it was not that serious, since he was making a scene in front of everyone. I told him I'm going to wait for the next worker to help. He told them to not help me, so I left without getting my package. They need to fire those workers especially that Guy Bill. The last time I went there this worker give me other people's mails.

Describe you experienceWell,It was just maybe 5-7 years ago I had reached out for help regarding the lost or stolen passport I filed a complaint for to obtain a new one as I used this identification for not only travel, but work, for teaching, and because it was an expense I was made aware of I held it for safe keeping for many years without any expectation it would be stolen. The whole world doesn’t need to know my experience and if your so eager to hear it why don’t you share it so your stories line up or match with the real life case evidence instead of just acting like a service representative behind a desk requesting a review. Customer care would mean you’re showing effort and initiative to listen, to understand and to be hired by rights and your own at will or willingness to be there. You don’t need to project your stress unto those like the elderly, or little kids who are with their parents or even judge a single person whom walks through the doors creating yet just another unsafe place in this world. Be sure to get your postal though!

If you're looking to make a Passport appointment, this is the place to go. My girlfriend, my son, and I, have all come here to get our passports, and the customer service is Excellent! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and truly happy to help.

Honestly I wish I could give negative stars. The manger was rude and even made completely unnecessary comments such as when I handed her my drivers license to prove my identity (it’s out of state have not had the chance to go to the DMV to change it to MA yet) she said to me “you’re from the south?” To which I replied “yes, I am I haven’t had a chance to get to the DMV yet to update it.” She then proceeded to said “it looks like it.” I asked her what she meant by that and this was her response “because you look like white trailer trash.” I asked to speak to her supervisor and what her name was because no one should be treated to or talked to like that. To which she responded “I am the supervisor, and I’m not telling you my name.” (She wasn’t in uniform and had no name tag on like the rest of the employees there) completely unprofessional, and unnecessary. I’d rather go the extra distance to go to another post office then back to that one.

These "workers" are so careless, lazy, rude, and insensitive!!!! Another item I've ordered, got transferred/switched to USPS and probably GOT STOLEN by one of my so-called neighbors. That happened before, and the regular mailman told me that he left said package on the floor. I had to call a certain company to send me a replacement, and had to make sure to look out for the mailman!!!! Although I have a tracking app, I wasn't expecting that specific item, I've ordered a few days ago, to get switched through USPS and also wasn't expecting it to today. A few minutes ago, I went downstairs, and did not see that package!!!! Ugh!!!!!! I wish USPS was similar to UPS that if a person isn't around to receive their package, the first or second time, hold said package at a/the main post office!!! As a matter of fact, big items shouldn't get transferred/switched to USPS from UPS. USPS, obviously, won't have a UPS tracking number!!!!! I have to call customer service at HSN to let them know that package got stolen and need a replacement!!!!! I don't want to keep going through this, and SHOULDN'T have to, especially with USPS leaving big items out in order for people to steal!!!!! I've also gotten other people's mail in my mailbox. I already know they're not going to fix these issues!!!! UGH!!

I love going to this post office because the quality of helping is always top-notch they have the good service and is always a clean environment love coming here and I do recommend this post office
