Gary was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He transferred the information from my old phone to my new one, which I purchased from Google. He also erased all the data from my old phone so I could return it to Google for cash. He double-checked that all my information had transferred properly and that my new phone was functioning correctly before I left Verizon. Additionally, the location and parking are both very convenient. Once again, I highly recommend Gary!

Verizon is a scam , i never had such a problem with a phone company. i was told the phone itself was free and all i would be paying is a one time activation & monthly service. a month or so goes down after my first payment and my bill is well over 200. making me pay for the purchase of the phone. i had spoken to an online representative to get this phone. and when i try to log in on the online website apparently my zip code is “wrong” or my account is non existent. then it proceeds to tell me that i’ll be charged to speak to a verizon representative over phone. i payed a full bill of $234 in september just to get a bill of $365 in november. someone is taking my phone bc there’s no way. honestly thinking about during this trash ass company

Verizon went up on my phone bill with no communication to me that it was happening. I asked why, I was told my plan( grandfathered in) was no long. So I DROPPED Verizon!!!!
Would have help if I was told instead of seeing a bill increase

9.26.24 I had a most amazing experience in this store! Peter worked with me and created an amazing win for my situation. I was able to explain what happened with my phone and why I wasn't interested in adding more $$ to this process even though I know this is unavoidable. But he at least took me through my options with true patience and understanding! We are in some off the wall times as a whole in this world and it's refreshing to know that kindness and understanding still exist!

Came into this location with an iPhone 13 stuck in SOS mode. We ended up leaving with two new phones, saving money on our bill and getting a decently big trade in value/credit. The sales associate that helped us was José- he was so kind, answering any and all questions we had. Knowledgeable, down to earth, professional and charismatic. The whole process for the two phones took a bit BUT the time flew by with Jose. 10/10 recommendation for the store and my new friend, Jose. Thank you so so much!

Rob was very helpful, and got all of my data transferred into my new phone. <<<EDIT: that line is identity theft. I did not write it. Rob did while transferring my data. I kept it up here in case I wanted to report them to the Attorney General's office. When I tried to follow up with the store, they told me there is no store manager, only a hard-to-reach district manager, who was quite useless about addressing this. He kept asking me what he could do to help, I would suggest something like 'waive charges for the new phone charge' and he would tell me he couldn't do that, but what else could he do for me. I feel locked into Verizon-- after years of using their service, I don't want to switch to AT&T / Apple. But I hate that this creepy thing happened, and I will avoid getting a new phone so that I don't have to go into a Verizon store for help.

Had to go in to get my Daughter's account fixed. Jose was the gentleman who helped us and he ROCKED! Took us over an hour but he got things working.

We gave them two phones to trade in and receive credit. Six months later no credits. Worked with manager starting early March. Late May, still no credits. They are either incompetent or misleading or both

Will tell you credit will be applied next bill but once you go out of the store and purchase done
They not going to remember you and will tell you call the customer service.
