Bout a month back a driver drove n parked on the sidewalk on belmont st blocking my travel. Only way to get past truck was to walk onto the st into oncoming traffic. I asked the driver to park correctly and he threatened me instead. Im a disabled senior citizen so while attempting to step off the sidewalk i hurt my knee on bumper of truck n almost got hit by two cars. I filed a complaint n wb mason did nothing. So sad how mason lets employees trat the eldely

Worst delivery company!!!! We have our hours in our account on their website. Our horrible, very lazy delivery driver continuously delivers supplies and leaves them outside our door (in a strip mall). Contacted customer service several times and it continues to happen with no rectification.

Driver here. Show up before 0830 and the little toy trucks will be there in the dock area, clogging up the working space for real trucks. Back in from the road in moderate traffic, but don't listen to advice about coming around for a blindside setup. These are box truck drivers. Lol.

I’m a 1st time buyer from this store.I paid 10 bucks for next day shipping. Very step given almost no one charges this fee anymore. 4 days later still not gotten my items. They were good enough to give me back my delivery cost but not really the point is it. Called customer service they said it was not even on the truck to be delivered even though it says will be delivered today.... IM STILL WAITING??? I called and canceled the order in the end fed up with the waiting. Would not recommend this company.
