This Walgreens is absolutely terrible. I had a prescription sent over to this location and upon arriving I noticed that my cell phone was disconnected because I forgot to pay my cell phone bill and I’m assuming that because they have a pharmacy they will have free Wi-Fi and they do not imagine running a business and you don’t offer free Wi-Fi to your customers? It’s absolutely ridiculous that these companies only care about your money but not providing good customer service because they didn’t have Wi-Fi I had to go home pay my cell phone bill, then come back to Walgreens to pick up my prescription. You guys seriously need to do better. Shame on you guys!

Sit in the drive through for at least 20 minutes per vehicle. What do they do here? Allow lazy people to put in new prescriptions?

This is by far the worst pharmacy with the most ignorant people I have ever been too. I went to the drive through to drop a a prescription and sat for forty five minutes with the same car sitting at the window, there where two cars in front of me and a line of cars wrapped around the building. I called the pharmacy and asked them what was going on and they asked me to be patient as they were taking care of customers. As I sat there because I didn’t want to lose my space I listened to music and played on my phone, finally I drove away and called them again to tell them how ignorant they where to make a line of people wait instead of telling the car that was sitting at the window it will be a while to come back or drive around again or come in and wait instead of making EVERYONE wait. Was I going to have to wait another forty five minutes for the next car in front of me? They need serious help to teach them customer service and how to wait on customers.

the pharmacy department needs to be reevaluated ASAP After waiting four hours for my prescription, they’re gonna ask me after driving into town because I’m not from Worcester If I need my prescription tonight?? With such lack of consideration that I’m not from the area in specifically drove there on New Year’s Day knowing there the only 24 hour pharmacy. There should be absolutely no reason someone should wait Four hours for a five pill prescription

Pharmacist was able to fill an emergency RX on Christmas Day. My sister forgot medication for Parkinson’s which you cannot stop taking. They were able to look up the RX from another state and had it ready within the hour. Thank you! Saved our holiday and a life.

The pharmacy at this location is incredibly rude and not helpful. She gives incorrect information and when you try to ask questions she just stops responding despite the fact that she has the ability to look up the answers (because you had just spoken to a different location and had gotten the information from them).
I recommend avoiding this location.

There’s always a line of people waiting to pick up prescriptions and only ever one window open. It takes forever. If I wasn’t forced by my health plan I’d go to the CVS down the road.

The worst pharmacy gives medications that are about to expire and when you complain they only tell you to call your doctor to send another new order and pay for them again.

The level of rudeness from the pharmacy at this location is unbelievable! They are in an industry that deals with people who are at their most vulnerable times in their lives, some being dealt some devastating news about their health and are in such horrific pain and all they want is some help in straightening out their prescriptions/insurance issues and they are met with such an unempathetic human being. A pharmacist named Tiffany was the RUDEST person I have ever come across. If you do not like your job you should find something else to do, maybe not dealing with the public. Drive past this pharmacy and find another!!!
