Never rely on Walgreen, the worst place to go to incase of emergency. I have to wait 3 days before I could get my medication. This isn't the first time I've had this experience.

Not open @ 8am as it says on line. Most of my medicine is hardly never on stock. I have to wait 2 days for prescription to be ordered.

Horrible customer service provided by this pharmacy. Pharmacist Yonali hung up on customer attempting to clarify why refill is saying it is ordered on app and Yonali telling customer they have not ordered this. Hanging up on a customer regarding medication refill is not acceptable.

We love the pharmacist Anna. She knows my family by name and the medications we take. She is personable, friendly, professional, quick and caring. We miss the other pharmacist Rashid. He was the same way. The newest pharmacist is curt, rude and talks down to customers. She doesn't get to know anyone and is slow. Sonia, a pharmacy Tech is even more rude. I filed a complaint with Walgreens Co because of my interactions with her. My family experienced the same awful service. She has zero tact, horrible personal skills and customer service via phone and in person and She too talks down to customers. I'm horrified that these two women work at our "neighborhood " pharmacy. If it wasn't for Anna, we'd take our business elsewhere.

Recently converted over from being a Rite-Aid. Good location and they've been steady with supply despite the current covid climate
