We ordered 2 chicken Cesar wraps and they were not even wrapped, poorly assembled and barely any chicken in it. Food tasted horrible, fries were cold. We will not be back again.

Drive thru workers were rude…one person came on the headset and asked what would I like and someone else came on right after and said “what do you want” I politely asked what time do you close and the girl said “ right now! Now what do you want? Very rude and disrespectful made me not even want food from here EVER… if the workers are this rude and dissatisfied with their job there is no telling what they are doing with our food.

They can’t pack a single order right. JBC biggie bag….but got chicken sandwhich an 10pc spicy nugget….Yes it was my right order ticket on bag. People just can’t read I guess.

Horrible supervisor who isn't accountable for simple mistakes and is so passive aggressive. He needs to learn proper customer service because his quite frankly sucks. I either try to go if I think he isn't working or stop going altogether.

Food normally comes out okay this place is just ridiculously slow there's no reason it should take me over a half hour to get one order kind of defeats the whole concept of fast food

I clearly asked for chicken nuggets, I was given chicken sandwich. When I went around the drive-thru again, I felt retarded telling them what my order was for the 10th time. I wasn’t able to prove I Asked for nuggets since the person who took my order hit the wrong button and never spoke up for his mistake (probably was too afraid to) then this lady comes in (probably the manager), who was quite rude and snatch the sandwich frm my hand when ik they can’t be taking things back once the customer has it (the one we already touched) I don’t get why she would take it frm us when they’re just gonna throw it away anyway, she could’ve let us keep it. I paid more than what I supposed to in the first place. And they never even apologized once either!

Overall I gave 4 stars is about the food and service. First, maybe I was there about early but it was passed 10:30am. The Baconator is not what I expected compared with NY, NJ, and Boston. I'm sure they aren't really ready for coming lunch. I believe they can do better.

I had a very poor experience today due to customer service and food. My wife and I ordered a few meals and sandwiches and they ended up giving us all meals and would not fix it for us. Also, I specifically asked for no bacon on any of the food. However, every sandwich cane with bacon. The employee that wouldn’t help me solve my issue last name was Gordon, she was very rude. However, the next day Checo was nice enough to understand the situation and gave me a refund on the meals I got overcharged with.

Was asked to pull up, so they can bring out my order.. they forgot half my order… and gave me double things I did not ask for, & no receipt so I couldn’t prove what I actually ordered and what I was giving… ordered cheese (queso) frys which has 1 slap of cheese on them. Never again.
