About Worcester Earn-A-Bike
Worcester Earn-A-Bike is a non-profit community bike shop dedicated to empowering people through bicycle maintenance education and the opportunity to earn a bike from their inventory of donated bicycles. Their mission is to promote bike education, repair, and rehabilitation, enhancing community health and well-being. They provide tools, instruction, and repairable bikes to teach affordable, hands-on skills to youth and community members. By encouraging cycling, they support a fun, sustainable, economical, and healthy alternative to car culture, reducing environmental impact and fostering community connections. The shop is open seasonally, April–November, on Thursdays (6–9 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM–2 PM). They offer free bike repairs and the opportunity to volunteer and earn a free bike.
