Card got stuck on 10. None of the employees could help. Found pliers in my car and got it out myself. I waited out in the cold at twelve AM. pressing the help button, and no one came out. I walk in, and there's 4 people talking at the Register. it's twelve degrees out, and the attendant didn't know how to reset the pump.. and then After being stuck out in the cold for so long, having to get the card out myself, i asked to use the bathroom, and they say no. The one guy who tried to help Me was nice but Unknowledgeable.
This was also the second pump.I tried to use as the first one was out of order

Been coming here for gas and snacks and dunks for years. Literally overnight, they had customer bathrooms and now employees only.. people forget they are in business and customers pay their checks. Not going to this location ever again

They do not have a bathroom and many of their pumps are out of order.

This place is not safe. There needs to be security overnights for the safety and well being of the customers and employees. Not everybody responds to crackheads getting in their personal space and accosting their girlfriend at 2 am in fear and could end in a tragedy without a professional security officer with a cool head on site.

These people are the worst even their product are not good nd all is defecting item when u ask for refund there is no refund if I could give them zero star I would don’t go over there even their air machine down nd I ask for the money back he said I am sorry like over 1.50. Or big deal or 2 dollars but the way they handle the issue it’s trash

Gas and diesel at good price. Easy location. I'm usually happy with my XtraMart experience but this location doesn't allow paying customers ($48.75) to use the restroom, eventhough it is advertised on the location's website. Folks weren't rude but I was disappointed none-the-less.

Don't go here. Employees are just rude and disrespectful. I don't ever leave a bad review, unless it is that awful. Don't stop and ask for help. Just don't.

Family on a road trip, stop to get gas, kids go inside to use the bathroom. Told there is “no bathroom, go to Walmart.” Ridiculous.

Worst Place to work my friend was working here and as an assistant manager doing 3rd shift was being paid .50 more than a regular crew member and the management is horrible towards employees and disregards majority of concerns employees bring to her and just for the record I don't normally do this but it seems very sketchy how majority of issues are swept under the rug by management I don't know who the District magaer is but it's very clear that this store is not being ran properly and poorly ran by management!!!!!!!!
