My daughter goes to college in Worcester and she had a noise in her front wheel. First time having a car repaired while at school, a friend recommended this shop. The car was scheduled quickly and they found the dust cover was rubbing. Fixed it with no charge. Very honest garage to work with.

What a luxury it is to have a mechanic you can trust.
Young's and staff saved me from making expensive mistakes twice already this fall. Back in September I asked if they could inspect a basic car that I had driven. I was strongly encouraged by the office manager to look for a better car. She said parts would be hard to get. I'm so glad I spoke to her. My son now has an older Camry that Paul inspected and it's in excellent condition.
Two weeks later my daughter's ticking Hyundai engine was getting worse and worse. She had let the oil run low. Paul refused to allow us to waste money fixing it. I found a pretty nice Toyota for him to inspect. I thought I got lucky again. Nope Paul looked it over carefully and told me to pass on it.
If it sounds like I'm grateful to the team at Young's I am. Best garage in Worcester. Period

I've been taking our cars here for years. Sometimes it's only when you look elsewhere that you realize how good you have it. A quick story: At Young's I've sometimes needed to wait a tiny bit for routine service, because they're very popular. So rather than wait this one time, I impatiently took the car for a basic oil change elsewhere. The other place took apart my car and couldn't put it back together again! I was so angry at the other place, I towed the car right over to Young's. God bless them. Young's got it working again. They have repeatedly proved their trustworthiness and competence. I will definitely be coming back.

Trustworthy and Honest Auto Shop
I had a great experience here! The team is very professional, honest, and truly cares about their customers. I’m planning a road trip soon, but my appointment wasn’t scheduled until mid-June. Even so, they went out of their way to help check my car ahead of time. After inspecting it, they told me no repairs were needed—and they didn’t charge me anything for it. I really appreciated their honesty and effort. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever my car needs service in the future.

Brought a used Subaru to check the serpentine belt. A “quick lane” oil change place told me a wheel wasn’t spinning so either the belt was loose or the gear was worn. Left the car overnight at Young’s expecting a bill of a few hundred bucks. When car was ready they explained that the wheel was part of the AC. If AC was off, the gear didn’t engage. Nothing to worry about. They checked out the car, topped off fluids… NO CHARGE. Not even a “diagnostic fee”. Nice people, highly recommended this garage.
