On a suggestion from my doctor, he said I should see a Nutritionist. After searching for someone close, I found Amy. (WooHoo!!!) We've only had a few sessions, but she is really helping me. The learning process started right away about what to look for and how to keep portion sizes under control. We even visited the supermarket to re-enforce what we had talked about. Not only was it a great idea, but now I can make the right choices on what I buy which should keep me on track.I'm also a type-2 diabetic and just by changing my diet, my numbers seem like they are getting back to non-diabetes (normal) territory which I can't wait to share with my doctor. Amy has been a great big help already!!!Many, many Thanks, Amy!!! I'm looking forward to working with you well into my future.

Amy Daniell has helped me in life changing ways that I'll forever be grateful for. Her hands on guidance allowed me to change my views on nutrition and overall prepare me grateful for life ahead as a division 2 college athlete. She is very kind, personable, and always available to communicate if I ever needed any help or guidance.

Amy has been so helpful with my teenager as her Nutritionist. She's taught my daughter the ins and outs of Caloric intake, good fats, given ideas for meals as well as snacks that include my daughter's few food likes (finicky eater) . The entire time we've been seeing her Amy is consistently cheering and encouraging. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

I just want share how Amy Daniell had helped my daughter, who had an extremely hard time gaining weight. She was only 87 pounds in her freshman year of high school going into her sophomore year. With all of Amy’s help , our weekly menus, that Amy set up for us, and our weekly meetings, I’m glad to say that my daughter ended up weighing 100lbs, in the middle of her sophomore yr. and is still gaining weight. I forgot to mention that she grew over 1” while she was with Amy. I highly recommend Amy as a nutritious for your child or yourself. She will definitely get you on the right nutritious path.

I would highly recommend Amy for any of your nutritional counseling needs. She is extremely professional, yet also makes herself so very relatable, which is one of the many qualities that makes her so special. What makes working with her unique is her ability to really meet you where you are, no matter where that may be. She strives to set small, realistic goals making your work with her feel obtainable, giving you the confidence to push forward to meet your individual goals. Her knowledge regarding nutrition, diet, and special medical conditions uniquely transcends many of the professionals I have worked with through my own personal journey. As a Registered Nurse myself, I am easily able to identify her skill level, and believe she would be an asset to anyone seeking nutritional counseling. She attentively listens to all of your concerns and answers all your questions in a way that is easy to understand. That said, she is also wonderful with children, making her an excellent pediatric provider - with the ability, once again, to meet children at their developmental level. She also listens with her heart, and provides support for the emotional needs that typically arise with most types of nutritional and dietetic counseling. I can assure you that you will be pleased working with Amy, and she will make sure you do, in fact, meet your goals - and she does this with patience and grace, no matter what it takes. Simply put, Amy is amazing!
