I visited your store today and had a mixed experience. The store looks clean and is well merchandised, which I appreciate. A sales associate was helpful and asked if I needed assistance while I was browsing. However, I had a disappointing experience at checkout. When I went to the register and greeted the cashier, he didn't even respond to my greeting. The checkout process was extremely slow - it took an unusually long time for him to scan just 2 items and put them in a bag. The whole interaction felt awkward. While I like your brand and products, this checkout experience was frustrating. I'll likely shop online in the future to avoid similar issues.

Overall I had a pretty good experience. The shoes in the clearance section were 55% off and I bought 3 shoes and I really liked. The service was okay until I met a lady who was very nice and she went through the machine for testing my size. I would definitely come back again and hunt for more shoes for my family. Btw the women’s shoes are 50% off and men’s are 40% off for the clearance section and you could have an extra 10% discount if u type in your email. I wish the store could be a little bit bigger and expand on their clearance section!

I had a terrible experience with ASICS regarding my Order. I received the wrong size and went to the Wrentham, MA store for an exchange. The staff returned my shoes without confirming I’d lose my coupon value. Customer service was no help, and after waiting over an hour, I was told the issue couldn’t be resolved. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Think twice before shopping here!

This place had a lot of new model Asics shoes. Their clearance had some older model ones.
The shoes were all new and great condition.
The staff was very helpful. They tried to make sure you could get alternate colors if possible and tried to help you get the best price possible. They checked in with you to make sure you were okay or if you needed assistance.
With the sale, it was cheaper than online. Would recommend.

Went in on 1/27 at 11:15 to buy a running shoe.. I walked in the store with said hi to the women standing at the register and she didn’t say anything back. Ignored that. I’m walking around looking and they have so many options, so I walk up to the women and ask her if she could help me find a running shoe. Her reply was that’s all we sell. I replied I know, but I’m not exactly sure with what style to go with. She was like well what are you looking for? I said comfort and something for a high arch. She said the structured pair is good for that in such a rude demeanor. Then she walks away? Figure it out yourself is the vibe I got. What is the point of asking or going to a store if you can’t offer a suggestion... I ended up calling back and asking for a manager and she said she was the manager. So I told her exactly what she did wrong and she hung up on me. Worst service I ever experienced. I left with nothing, but intended to buy 2 pairs.
