Title: Disappointing Experience at Burberry Store #4561
I visited Burberry Store #4561 on May 1, 2025, and was met with unprofessional behavior from the store manager, Cristina. She was rude, impatient, and displayed dismissive body language, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Despite being within the 14-day return policy with an unused item and intact tags, my request for a refund was denied without proper justification. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the Burberry brand.

I felt like I was racially profiled. I tried to buy something and they felt it necessary to gather my name, phone number and address. I was uncomfortable with the exchange. A bunch of people beside me bought something but no one asked for their phone number, name, and address. There were multiple sales completed while I was giving my information. Is it because Burberry only prefers white customers? They should put it in their ads - Burberry luxury brand only for white people

If there was less than one star! All three of them stood there looking at there phones and no one ever asked if they could help. One of them walked right next to me with his head down while he was texting and checking his phone.

My experience at this store was terrible however I am giving the manager Deanna high praise for rectifying the poor experience this Burberry location offers.I ordered a handbag it was suppose to be shipped to my home. I never received it after nearly two weeks. I spoke with Deanna over the phone. She quickly found my order and rectified the situation by shipping my bag to home with 2 day fedex.She listened to my concern, was apologetic and rectified the situation in a way that I agreed with.Deanna as a manger gets 5 stars but the experience as a whole gets 4.

I had planned to purchase a handbag, however there was zero selection and the sales associate was unhelpful and not at all inviting. Clearly I need to lower my standards. After working in luxury for more than 20 years I understand luxury culture and that experience wasn’t at whatI expect.

Anyone going in to a Burberry store expects to pay top dollar for merchandise. We just went into Burberry Outlet in Wrentham Village and was not even greeted. The Associate was alone, standing in the middle of floor, looking at his cell phone. He never even looked up when we walked into the store. We browsed around for a good 10 minutes looking for a coat and he still did not acknowledge our presence. I did voice my displeasure when I left the store without purchasing anything and I was prepared to spend. High end does not equal rudeness. Even the Associates at Crocs greet customers.

I went in Burberry's planning on spending the money for a new coat. The clerk was standing in the middle of the shop looking at his phone. He never even acknowledged my entrance. I looked around for about 10 minutes and he still never left his phone. Even the clerks at Crocs welcome customers. I found this type of customer service to be unacceptable and I won't be retuning to Burberry Factory Outlet in Wrentham ever.
