Excellent collection of unique pieces and nice arrangement. Some pieces were not even available online.
I would have given 5 starts except for the staff.. some were friendly but majority were extremely rude. Act as if we came get something for free. If the attitude of the staff can be changed would have been a very pleasant experience!

Visited Coach outlet @ Wrentham mall and was amazed by their new look and their beautiful designed uniforms collection of vintage clothing . Unique design for men . Women and children. Staff was good and friendly .

5⭐️ customer service, retail experience. Greeted by the workers as soon as I walked in, approached by a worker almost immediately to assist me with finding what I wanted- which I already knew what I wanted, she was still very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The coach app/website is a little misleading as it says they have coupons/deals that are not applicable in store but I’m sure this isn’t the locations’ fault. 10/10 experience. Very satisfied with my purchase

Tess & the gentleman (Gordano?) that assisted me during labour sale were fabulous, and the prices were heavily discounted compared to AUS. Went back for round 2 today!

I'm only giving 2 stars because Kenny was AMAZING!! The girl (black lady, long hair) was rude! I asked about the military discount & if it covered veterans. I showed her my ID but she still treated me as if I was lying. Nothing like serving your country & being treated like you're stealing valor. I'm disgusted in how I was treated.

Edit: after speaking to the manager I am very happy with how he handled my complaint and his resolve to make it better next time. So I'm bringing it up to a 3 and hopefully my.next trip will be able to bring it up again ♡
Very disappointed in customer service here. Went 3 dif days this week...not once was I approached or helped by anyone, and I definetly had questions , and had they been answered, I'd of spent 3x the amount of money most likely. Then when asked for my email and I mentioned this, and email wasn't in cpu, you'd think they'd offer to sign me up when I mention I'd been there 3x that week without help.
It's a shame, I love coach and prefer shopping in person for the point I can ask questions. But I saw multiple sales reps on floor not talking to anyone and when I tried to approach to ask question they walked away. Lmao just bc I dress casually after work, doesn't mean you should assume I can't afford things and not help me because of it.
Now I gotta go back there today for a wallet for my sister, so hopefully by then yall read this and this afternoon won't be such a bad experience for me. Otherwise I'll be going back to online shopping or finding another physical location.
Will be updating this after today's trip to see if it was better or all the same.
Once again still wasn't able to buy the shoes I wanted because no one would help me at alll!!!!

I really wish I could give 0 stars and write a review. I don’t normally give any business less than 4 stars but I am really compelled to this time. Horrible customer service, me and my family were racially profiled and the manager and the employees wouldn’t stop following us. They would literally not leave us alone. However, we walked out buying more than 5 bags because we really needed them since we were traveling the next day, otherwise we would have just left the store and never go back.
