I am truly disappointed in the customer service at this store. I made an online return in store and have not been refunded yet. Was told that it was top priority to have their LP look into it and 2 weeks later have still not gotten a response only to find out that the manager that is handling it is now going on vacation and no one else can help me. This is very poor customer service. No communication. And I as a customer have to chase down my refund. This is ridiculous. Do better by your customers. Refund my return.

Love the newly renovated store at the Outlets. Spacious and colorful! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, I can’t live without my crocs! Great deals too!

If you need help in crocs ask Chloe L she was very helpful and so nice she checked in the back for a size and called another store for me she deserves a raise!!!!

Literally the worst customer service, we were struggling to find a size for the right foot as they had all been mixed up on the shelves, the employee was watching us while we tried to figure it out, she never once offered to help, just stood watching with her pricing gun, later I asked if she had another size available and she responded with “probably not “ so I politely asked if she would check, this bothered her but she did check (or just wandered in the back for a few minutes) came back and shook her head, I thanked her but she never responded.

Went to exchange an online order for a different size. Staff were quick and helpful, and got me the right size hassle free.

Ameila went above and beyond. My daughter and I visited on a busy Saturday. She helped with my exchange and helped looked for several sizes and designs for us. She was also helping many other folks besides us.

The attendant was very helpful and kind, but there were very few discounted or clearance items. Most of them were full price with a small BOGO promotion

Earlier this Christmas, my spouse and I walked into a store where two employees were working. However, neither of them greeted us, and we were left wandering around the store for a few minutes without any assistance. When we asked one of the employees about the price tag discounts, they simply replied that it was after, and then walked away to chat with another staff member. We also tried calling the store five times to ask about a pair of literide sneakers, but no one answered. In my opinion, this store needs to improve its staff quality. If the employees prefer to chat, they should do it at home instead of the store.

Crocs store was easier to navigate the sizes when you can try them on. Not as many gibits options in store. My kids were hoping for more of the options they saw online.
