The ECCO store in Wrentham, MA is the best store to shop at. The sales associates, especially Nashley, is an eager, honest and so helpful with everything she does for the customer. She went leaps and bounds to assist me with a shoe problem and handled it with such professionalism, timeliness and kindness. They will remain my shoe store forever! Thank you!

Many thanks for your patience and valuable advice Ted (Wrentham Store). My husband finds Ecco shoes are comfortable for his very wide foot. We purchased 4 pairs of shoes and are thrilled with Ted’s knowledge and advice!

Received fantastic customer service today from a gentleman whose name I did not catch. Ecco shoes are of such high quality that I only need to buy new ones about every 6 or 7 years, but when I do, I will be returning to this store. All around a great expereice from an excellent salesman. Thank you!

The Worst Buying Experience I Have Ever Had!
This was my first time shopping at the store. During checkout, the lady asked if I had an email for the store. Since it was my first visit, I did not have one. Unfortunately, she did not provide any information about the benefits available to first-time buyers.
After noticing a flyer about a first-time buyer discount, I inquired about it. She informed me that only smartphones with a U.S. area code could download the app, and implied that I might not be able to use it if I am using CHINESE phone. That’s so ridiculous and IT IS RACIST. This assumption was incorrect and offensive, as I live in the U.S. and use a U.S. area code. Also I AM NOT CHINESE.
I AM TAIWANESE. And I found her assumption and the overall service to be very disappointing.
This experience was quite frustrating, and I believe the customer service team needs better training in diversity and inclusion.

Nico was incredibly helpful assisting my mom select her 11th!! pair of Yucatans! She’s here visiting from Florida with just a carryon suitcase and Nico nicely offered to ship them home for her. Excellent customer service and superbly made shoes!! Thanks, Nico!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Nashley the kind employee on staff at the time assisted my grandmother try on several pairs of shoes and devoted her undivided attention to assure that we had as easy a time trying to find a new pair of shoes as possible. I speak for myself and my grandmother when I say we are very grateful for Nashley’s assistance.

Kara and her staff are incredible! Knowledgeable of the products and always very pleasant. ECCO golf shoes are like wearing slippers, the best I’ve ever had. Thanks to Nashley who helped on my last visit! I’ll be back!

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service provided by Nashley and Nico during my recent visit to the Ecco outlet in Wrentham on Thursday, the 14th.As a long-time Ecco customer, I walked into the store wearing my old Ecco shoes. I inquired with Nashley if she had the same shoes in stock. With a quick glance, a warm smile, and a professional demeanor, she located a pair of shoes that fit me perfectly. I was impressed by her extensive knowledge of the inventory, including the stock that had been delivered that morning.Both Nico and Nashley were really helpful in answering our questions and helping us find exactly what we needed and we ended up purchasing 7 pairs of shoes and they helped with an online order of an additional pair that wasn't available in the store.
