Brand Clothes and accessories, both for men and women.The situation is not favourable for future and ironically, the answers of owner (represented by Customer Service)to the disappointed customers' posts are stereo type with same wordings.On ground, the improvement is NOT evident, which is very sad.These are the symptoms for any shop to go out of business soon.
Staff should be trained in customers' dealings and be flexible even when receipt is not available.Main thing is to confirm that it is Guess Product.

Staff is mean as well as the manager. They do not want to return articles that we did not choose.

horrible experience. Cashier didn’t even say a word and threw everything into the bag with no care. Was even checking her phone while i was waiting for my receipt. Awful customer service.

My wife wanted to try on some clothes and one of the managing staff members said the fitting room was closed because they were short staffed. Spent $400 on clothes there not long ago and I won't be going back. These managers and employees do what they want nowadays and that needs to stop. Get back to putting your customers first like it used to be. Trying on clothes is such a critical part of shopping. You lose so much money when you close your fitting rooms.
