It was very busy when we went but the staff was still helpful and accommodating. The store was so clean and well organized, considering how busy it was! I wish they carried more sizes, but that’s more J Crew as a company and not the outlets fault.

The store associate who is a white women with dirty blonde with a bob cut and a printed button down with fruits on it is a racist. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother who is not a native English speaker asked her to reiterate what she said and instead of just repeating herself, she screamed it at her as if she was hard of hearing. We told the store manager afterwards but it was unclear if he was actually going to reprimand her as he had over heard the original conversation and did not do anything in the moment. We will not be coming to this store ever again as it was highly disappointing to have a store we highly respect treat people of color like this way. This interaction happened on August 16th, 2024 at 3:30pm. Hopefully upper management can speak to their employees and do a better job of hiring more competent/ non racist employees.

If you’re a man with a 28 waist and wear a small shirt don’t bother. They don’t carry those sizes in store, only online. Defeats the point of going into a store to try things on. Very frustrating.

This review is for Clarksburg MD location- I write this as multiple aspects upset me, and, JCREW Factory lost my trust! Multiple aspects upset me. First. I did not feel welcomed at the store at all - very unfriendly vibe. Second. I ordered 7 items online (total of 3 packages) but was given only 2 packages. I almost walked out of the store just to realize my entire order were not given to me! Thirdly, one of the items I brought did not have a tag on it; may be it was a returned product? Finally, I was very surprised that one of the "final sale" items had lower price in the store. I learnt today, that at JCREW Factory online "Final sale" prices are misleading and are NOT the lowest price i.e. I paid 30 percent more online on " FINAL SALE"!! compared to price in store. So buyer beware!!
