“Overall great experience! I brought in three pieces — an inherited ring that had split with loose diamonds and two necklaces that needed some soldering. I was told it would probably take about a week, so I was impressed when I got a call just two days later saying they were ready.
When I picked up my ring, I honestly couldn’t believe how good it looked. It looked 100 times better than when I brought it in — it was shining like a brand-new gold diamond ring! And both necklaces, were perfectly restored.
I met with Matt, the owner, and Alicia, and they were both wonderful. Matt took his time looking over everything and explained what he recommended and why. He even pointed out things I didn’t realize were an issue, like the prongs on my ring constantly snagging.
What I really appreciated was that there was zero pressure to have anything extra done. He gave me his recommendations, explained everything, physically showed me through the magnifying piece and let me decide what I wanted to do.
The pricing was also very fair, the turnaround was incredibly fast, and the quality of the work was amazing. Overall, such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Nazar Jewelers, and I’ll absolutely be going back if I ever need anything done with my jewelry or if I’m looking to buy a new piece.”
