If she hadn't given me that opportunity, selecting a piece would have been impossible because there is so much gorgeous jewelry! Rachel was patient and kind, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and had an excellent sense of fashion and style! She somehow knew exactly what I'd like and made suggestions for pieces which perfectly complimented my personality! “Really nice store with so many options. I'm now obsessed with Pandora jewelry! And Cara was such a sweetheart and spent so much time with me helping me pick out a bunch of rings! She even helped me figure out perfect ways to stack my rings that I wouldn't have thought of! If you need rings definitely go see her! But all of the women there were super sweet and helpful. “Swarovski store with a nice large selection with a very nice staff. Second we walked in, the staff asked us if we needed help, were not "shadowy" and were very nice. When the wife found a piece she liked, and was ready to check out, the sales rep asked if she wanted one that was unopened and gladly went and grabbed it for us. After my bad experience in other stores in this outlet mall, Swarovski's customer service was very welcome. I highly recommend checking this place out if you like crystal decorations and jewelers.”
