Johnston & Murphy offers excellent clothing and shoes, with service that is always top notch and courteous professional advice. Sales associates can be tremendously helpful, patient, and expert at finding nice pairs, checking for various sizes and sale items. However, experiences can vary, with some unsolicited advice reported. While many love their purchases, some express disappointment over durability, noting soles wearing down quickly without heavy use and a lack of warranty, especially given the price. The store display can also be confusing, sometimes showing higher quality, better looking shoes that are not for sale.
Shout out to our salesperson, Dana, who expertly found me several really nice pairs of shoes. She was patient with me trying on a million pairs, and went out of her way to hunt in the back for various sizes and styles that were on sale. And I LOVE my new shoes! :)
