My wife insisted we go to this outlet store, and I'm happy to report she found everything she was looking for and didn't spend a ridiculous amount of money. The ladies working here were all friendly, and the stores presentation was very clean.

Lena was extremely attentive and friendly when we came in to shop. She never left our side. The followthrough was amazing and appreciated. It is rare to have such quality customer service and kindness in retail establishments these days. If you want something that feels like a personal shopping experience ask for her to help you shop. Go here - don’t bother getting things online. Deals are better in store and the employees are so nice. Alexa is amazing. Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the lovely person who helped me today, but they saved me $30 on a pick up order. They are all so kind.

I went here with my wife a few times. She loves it! I actually kind of enjoy walking around and looking at the bags myself. But my bag choices are usually wrong... With that, she likes their bags, and I think their prices are pretty fair for the most part.

Alexa is an amazing saleswoman. She’s helped me buy a couple bags for my mother; every time I talk with her she is so informative and you can tell she loves what she does! And she ALWAYS picks out the best bags. Today’s Mother’s Day gift was a HUGE hit. Everyone at this store is always great but I will definitely be back because of Alexa. Thank you so much!
