Absolutely the worst experience at a retail store ever for me, I can’t even believe such a business is desperate enough to hire this kind of employees. Unprofessional ,unwelcoming and extremely rude; the person behind the register was so rude for no reason and too busy socializing with his co-worker without interacting with anyone who comes in or do business with them. I decided to take my business elsewhere.The guy behind the register replied with (even better) so I promised him a Google review :) keep it up lol

The woman working in the evening on 8/21, was extremely unpleasant, had ear pods in with loud music and was singing rather then acknowledging customers. She never acknowledged us when we entered the store and said hello, eventhough the door is directly in front of where she was standing. We bought a hat and had embroidery done for my 5 year old son. She acted as though it was a huge inconvenience. After it was done and we paid, she never looked up or acknowledged my son to hand him the hat. She just held her hand out and had her eyes locked on her phone. He said thank you and still no acknowledgement. Corporate should be made aware of the people they have representing their company. I won't return to this store.

If there is anything less than 1 star I would give it to this place. Worst place, worst customer service and racist. As we were trying hats I heard one of the representatives saying these people are trying so many hats but are not gonna buy anything. I ignored that. But when we went to pay for a hat, the other representative asked if you’d want to put a name on the hat. My husband was asking me do I want to. I was trying to figure out and meanwhile my husband asked him what’s the price and he said $12 and laughed at our face. And mind you, this person was a black. I was fuming and left the place. I had my two kids with me. Never thought another person of color would do this another one.Pathetic service and attitude.

I would totally give this location a zero if I could. I went into this location on February 23rd at around 3pm. I went to this location looking for a Kansas City Cheifs Superbowl Champions hat. I asked the associate working if they had any of these hats and was told, Ummm, No. When i Asked if she could check another location, she didn't even reply. Probably one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had in a retail store. ???

I wish I can give this place 1 start..I went into this store today and wasn’t even greeted. Customer service sucks. The man was just at the counter on his phone. Never once asked if he could help any customer with something just chilling on his phone. That ridiculous. I didn’t even by the hats I had in hand.

Breezy's customer service skills lack everything we were in the store all of 10 minutes and she was not helpful in any way shape or form. Even had a customer walk in after us and she didn't even ask her how her day was/could she help her find anything and to top it all off she wouldn't let us use the lids membership to buy the hat. Won't catch me walking into lids for at least another 3 years after that. You've sadly lost a customer.

Store is suppose to open at 10. I watched the girl go in and close door behind her. At 11am still locked up. Seems to be a trend with this store.
