just went to one in a premium outlet in NJ and that's the end of my shopping at CCO. i got basically told off because I was picking and putting stuff on the counter that I wanted to buy. Instead they said I had to take a 'basket'. it's so big on your arm people bump into you in the aisles. I put a very heavy bag full of dinnerware off to the side so I would not have people bump into it (or me) in the aisles. i told them i was going to pick a few things and just bring them up to the counter to keep aside. What I should have done was just keep my picked items in my hand but I had too many small things (Mac shadows and other eye stuff). They do not give a ___ about you. especially if you are not their 'friends' or their 'race'. how do I know? because the repeat shoppers come in and they 'know' them and have the comments ready. 'oh here you are again.' what does that mean? oh, wait. you might have to deal with a return maybe. or an issue (which is what happened to me at another branch and you get treated like a felon when something isn't right). As if it's coming out of their pocket. some indian couple was just shoving their way around the store and when they're checking out, I was informed I am 'in their way' when putting things on the edge of the counter. But they were just shoving their way in front of whatever displays people were looking at. and that was ok. I used to spend a crap-ton at the CCO in Franklin Mills and Jersey Shore Outlets. I was overdue for a good makeup haul. after I was condescended to like a 4 year old about a useless basket, I didn't buy anything I put at the counter, and walked out. There were clerks on break when the store was packed. It's mid-day on a Saturday and the floor manager is calling clerks to break. ok, that is a brilliant idea, all you rocket scientists in cosmetics. LOL As if these retail clerks all 'made it' from the ghetto to the cosmetic counter and now they think who they are. And in the end, reshops can be fun! LMAO

I was very disappointed with the customer service. When I made a purchase nobody told me its a final sale and mascara gave me very bad allergic reaction. When I came back to the store they refused to give me credit or exchange. I will not shop there anymore.

I had the worst customer service I have ever received since arriving in the US. The attendant Scheherazarde (Round Rock - Texas) was rude to me, pressuring me to buy a product that was not the same as the tester. I bought it, but I went back to buy more products and show her that it wasn't the same product. Again, she was rude, and even touched me, holding my wrists, when I took out my cell phone to take a picture of her name. Also, she didn't finalize my purchase and said she would call security because I didn't pay for the product I was taking. It was humiliating and inhumane how she treated me and probably how she treats other customers as per the comments here

The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and the bargains are amazing. I haven't had any issues with the products I've purchased. I particularly love their "Six for $60" when they have it twice a year!

Best customer service ever. Store in NH did not have the product I wanted so she (Nora) recommend I call Georgia. They had what I wanted at a cheaper price and mailed it to me. But what I want to say is the customer service is excellent. The young women I spoke to in both states were so cheerful and helpful. Loved it love the store

Waste of money. I have been a loyal customer . Few years ago I had problems with eye liner and lipstick thought just a bad batch. Lipstick broke so dry. Eyeliner dry. So I go back spent good money and yet again dry eye liner crazy poor quality
