“Had an issue with my Butter Timberlands, whereas inside of boot lining was defective from factory. The management team just needed to see the issue firsthand!! Long story short management replaced without any issues. Resolving customer concerns is a high priority at this location??????”

“Love this location! I know it's an outlet store BUT they usually always have stuff 60% off and they do have a nice selection for woman and men. They have clothing , accessories and they have active wear which is super cute. Every-time I come to this location the workers are super nice the store is always very clean and the store isn't cluttered. The fitting rooms are also always very clean. Always great deals I feel like the whole store is always so cheap , feels like a clearance store to me. This store is located inside wrentham village. I'm not a preppy kind of dressy but they have a lot of different styles lately , I love their new active wear it's super cute. Give this place a go and I promise you that you will feel like this store is always on sale.”

“Had a good experience, nice selection of clothes. The service was good. They went out to the back to find a couple of sizes for me that weren't on the floor. I didn't feel like i was bothering them. I think the prices are a little high. A shirt shouldn't cost $70 bucks. And jeans $98? Outrageous. But still like the store.”

“Great store with awesome deals. We love going to this store. Everything there is high quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is top notch as well. We got home (live about an hour away) and found an extra item in our bag that had mistakenly been put in while bagging. I called them up to see how I could return it and they told me that it was their fault and to keep it. They said they wouldn't expect me to go out of my way to correct their error. I will definitely be going back! Also, they offer a 15% military discount I believe.”

“One of the employees named Julie was by far the most helpful employee I have ever encountered at any clothing store I have been to. As an 18 year old, we often get a bad rap because of the chaos that people my age cause( I get it, I’m a server in a restaurant so I understand). Despite this, Julie went totally out of her way and helped me pick out clothes that would fit my needs. I am at no means into fashion at all and can barely pick out anything for any type of event. I was in need of pants that were comfortable yet casual for college classes. Julie picked out a few pairs, had me try them on, held a conversation with my friend while I was in the fitting room and gave very helpful tips about sizing, etc. You know you had a very good experience when you are talking to your friend hours later about how nice and genuine someone you have never met was to you. Awesome job Julie! You made our day!”

“My experience at this store was terrible however I am giving the manager Deanna high praise for rectifying the poor experience this Burberry location offers.I ordered a handbag it was suppose to be shipped to my home. I never received it after nearly two weeks. I spoke with Deanna over the phone. She quickly found my order and rectified the situation by shipping my bag to home with 2 day fedex.She listened to my concern, was apologetic and rectified the situation in a way that I agreed with.Deanna as a manger gets 5 stars but the experience as a whole gets 4.”
