Beth at the Merrell shoe outlet in Wrentham is fantastic! She greeted us as we entered, and was very helpful in finding the right sizes and styles. There was a promotion going on - buy one pair and get two other pairs for half-price - such a deal! Beth made sure we knew about this - I mentioned that I am a "Merrell girl", having worn them for years, especially at work before I retired. They feel wonderful on my feet. I ended up with three great pairs of shoes. On our way out of the store, my husband finally noticed all of the mens' styles near the door - he had to try them on, and ended up with three pairs for himself, too. It was worth making the trip to Wrentham from Ashland MA, even on a rainy day. Thank you, Beth!

Shopped at the Merrell store with friends on Sunday. Service was nothing short of phenomenal. The salesclerk who assisted us, was immensely knowledgable and dilligent with regard to helping us find the right shoes (and sizes / widths) and orthotics to keep our feet happy and comfy for our upcoming trip. 75% of the shoes I wear are Merrell's for this exact reason - because it doesn't matter if you are walking into the store or calling them one the phone, the knowledge, service and and assistance I have received has been consistently professional. - Having said that, the service we received from the salesperson at the store in Wrentham was totally amazing and top-notch!

The check-out clerk is extremely rude and made careless mistakes to avoid the discount. We bought four shoes and supposed to have "buy one, get two 50% off." The price showed 440+ dollars and I asked to check what was checked out.(screen for customer does not work and I have to check the items from the clerk's screen). It turns out she intentionally charged the other two shoes from the counter. The correct price was 330+ dollars. No apologoly. Kept calling me rude. She said she has quit in two days due to customers like me!

Was at the Wrentham store today, an associate asked me if they can help me, I said yes, she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Needless to say, I walked out the store.

Love Merrell Shoes, I didn't know there was one at Wrentham Outlets. I found out when I googled. Good size store, men, women,, and childrens shoes/sneakers. They also have clothing there.

The ONLY place to buy Merrell shoes at reasonable prices. They always seem to have an amazing sale on, and the staff is super helpful and informative.
