I brought a pair of New Balance running shoes to the store that I purchased in June and had issues with the soles breaking down although they were minimally used. The staff was wonderful and gave me credit for the full value of the shoes toward the purchase of a different model with a different type of sole. Just another great reminder of why I have been a New Balance customer for decades. They stand behind the quality of their products.

This is the 2nd time I've gone to the outlets just to get shoes at New Balance. Went back today and they had a great selection. Tim and Sean were so patient, knowledgeable and helpful on the floor. Great experience!

I received great customer service from Joseph at this store. He showed me where the cross trainers were located and provided me with two sizes to try on and compare. After I decided, he brought me to the checkout counter to complete the transaction. There is a wide selection of shoes at this store and the prices are reasonable. I will return in the future.
