Jess was the young lady who helped my wife and I, she was excellent, great customer service, throughly explained the different size carry on bags we were looking at.

Both saleswomen were so nice and very knowledgeable about the product. The prices were awesome compared to retail! We got a large, 28" suitcase for $230 instead of $300!
