DO NOT BUY SAMSONITE LUGGAGE - I have called numerous times trying to get replacement wheels for my luggage. No one answers the phone. When you leave your phone number as prompted, no return calls were ever made.This company is a JOKE.

Both saleswomen were so nice and very knowledgeable about the product. The prices were awesome compared to retail! We got a large, 28" suitcase for $230 instead of $300!
