“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. “We moved from Chicago to New Jersey and waited a week for our belongings. The day of the unloading came and we eagerly awaited our things. We then got a call from dispatch letting us know that the truck was having transmission issues and there might be a delay of up to another week. Elijah and Kelin came through. After dispatch called to let us know that we wouldn't be getting our things that day, Elijah called himself and said he was going to reschedule our delivery for the next morning, on a Sunday! They made quick work of getting our things loaded into our new place and we're super quick with reassembly of our furniture. It was a real pleasure working with them. They were in good spirits and genuinely friendly. And SO efficient! Grateful for their work!”

“Protect Dave at all costs! Today was my last day to bring my package to return an item to the post office [ i haven't been around] and i wasn't about to shove it into the box outside. He was already outside the building for a moment and he took the time to stop and answer my question. He wasn't rude or in a rush but the complete opposite. He doesn't know this but this is my first package i have ever sent out to return that wasnt Amazon and he took it and processed it for me to send out. This is above and beyond attitude. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.”
“Wonderful experience at Staples in Norwood! Store manager, Oniel and his staff went over and above when we were organizing a Community Backpack Event. They were all so helpful and kind!”
“Didn't expect the professional knowlege the print shop provided me would be found at Staples. Perhaps, I got lucky , but an associate, whose name was Brooke, met me at the counter and walked through my needs , step by step , taking a real interest. I didn't know she had a graphic arts backround, but I certainly found out -- she was a real professional and combined her craft with good business acumen . She took lots of notes and asked lots of questions. My project rquired two separate applications -- at least 5-6 days , I thought . I couldn't forget, she worked in a busy print shop with various responsiblilties , not just my project. Well , I guessed wrong , in two days Brooke notified me , "come and get it ." My projects is not for publication right now , or I would show what a fantastic job she did. All I can say is, I couldn't have gone anywhere and have been more pleased.”

“Had to ship out a package today and I had the pleasure of dealing with Tonya. While she had a plaque at her station that said "Clerk in training. Please be patient." I found her to be incredibly helpful, thorough, and quick. I would have never known she was new to the team! This was easily my most pleasant experience at the Bellingham Post Office thanks to her!”

“We shipped an antique grandfather clock across the country to California. The clock was delivered safe and sound. Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. Great job, hassle free!”
“I love this place. It's great that they deal with all the major carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Used them dozens of times with no issues.But as the 14 signs on their storefront emphatically warn you... don't try to bring a package with only a QR code!!! ?”
“My mom sent a package for my son’s first birthday. The tracking showed it was delivered yesterday, but we never received it. I called the USPS Norwood branch today, and Justin answered the phone. He was extremely courteous and helpful, promising to look for the package and follow up with me. Within 15 minutes of my call, a USPS employee came to our mailbox and found the package! I was so impressed by their quick response. Thank you so much for your help — we have a very happy birthday boy now!”

“Visited on a Friday afternoon. After paying for 2 money orders for over $1200 the computer glitched and the employee couldn’t figure out how to print them out. It was escalated with 2 managers who also could not help. Through the whole experience, Austin was awesome. While I had to go home without my money or money orders, he assured me he would contact me asap to get it resolved. Thinking I wouldn’t hear back until at least Monday, 2 hours later, he called me to come back and pick up the money orders. It was a super stressful situation and he handled it really well. He was the only person working that day and definitely deserves recognition for his actions. Thanks, Austin!”
“On Monday, 11/27/2023, I arrived at FedEx Office before closing (7:00 pm), but I missed the last pickup time (5:00 pm). I really wanted to get my package to its destination by the next day. The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. Thank you very much for your professionalism!”

“This post office is located directly next to Village Pizza, so it’s hard to find if you’re looking for a typical post office in a free standing building. However, our experience applying for passports at this located was seamless. I believe D’Ann was the person who helped us, and although it was busy she was quick and efficient with our paperwork. It’s a stressful process and she made me feel reassured throughout making sure we had everything.”
