I am a loyal customer . Unfortunately I was treated so bad today by a person who work there. The manager was nice. She explained me everything about the promotions ,returns and about the policy,however the other person who refused to give me her name ,she talked to me in Spanish and judge me in a wrong way. She said that the manager wrote my name because I am not good.Because I am A latina doesn't mean I am like her .I respect people .She was disrespectful,rude ,a horrible person.
She should not be there. I will do a formal complaint .

4 to 5 dollars off a pair of shoes isn't what I would call an outlet price especially when there shoes only last a couple months

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Unfortunately, I noticed a lack of proper training among the staff, who should be prepared to treat all customers with respect and without any kind of discrimination. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and equality. I sincerely hope this situation is taken seriously and that appropriate measures are taken to improve the service.”

Ordered online for store pickup. Specifically Curbside pickup since the website said it was offered. They cancelled my first order because they didn't update their inventory on the website to show they were out of stock on a specific size, and then I didn't get credit for the rewards coupon when I reordered, so the shoes cost more because of that.
When I got there, I called as the email instructed for the new order and was told by one of the rudest employees I've ever had the unfortunate experience to talk to on the phone, that they don't do Curbside, and if I want the order, I have to walk in to get it. The whole reason for doing curbside was because of a back injury.
The excuse was they are a high volume store, so they are under staffed and can't afford to have someone take the curbside orders out. Seems weird that if they are a high volume store, that they would be short staffed.
Manager wouldn't give me her name, so I'm not even sure who it was that claimed to be the manager. I don't know if Anthony was having a bad day or what, but he was really rude in the store. Out of 4 other locations I've visited in other states to pick up new shows, this is the only one I've ever had a problem with. The other locations in California, Indiana, and Las Vegas were awesome. This one didn't only drop the ball, they threw it in the sewer.

We went with my husband to shop and a girl treated him very badly, she humiliated him because he was showing shoes for the sisters, she yelled at him, I went and complained to the manager and the manager agreed with her and she kicked me out of the store. .very bad service

I had exceptional customer service from Nick during a visit with my son yesterday. With Nick's help we tried on many pairs of work shoes; however they didn't fit as well as a pair we had gotten a year and a half ago that was not in the store any more. Nick took the time to find the model # of the shoe, call another store to check on stock, and set them up to be shipped to us. Best customer service I've had in a long time--thank you!
