This place made zero effort to make a sale. Stopped in today prepared to spend some money on new jewelry, but was never acknowledged. I had my eye on a beautiful pair of earrings, but the 2 employees working didn't stop gossiping long enough to offer to open the case for me. There was 1 other customer in the store who was also never acknowledged, which is pretty awkward since it's a fairly small location. Won't be back here when there are so many other options - I'd rather go to a place where I'm helped!

Not sure how to rate the CS of this place because there was NONE! The CS guy Kim(?) apparently had a tough time dealing with previous customers that he decided to rant about it assuming nobody was in the store, all because it was his first day back to work. Oh well I was thinking about the nemo but probably will buy it online instead.

After 14 days they don't do refunds. Wife decided on cruise ship she didn't like the way it laid due to its design and when we got back could not get refund.

They have a few items at half the list price, and a good selection at 30 or 40 percent below the list price. The staff have always been helpful when I visited.
