I am giving one star because I called to see if I could use a coupon at the outlet from. their store. So I was being polite and I started the conversation saying " Hi how are you doing" she replied rudely very busy what can I do for you" rude my question was only going to take a minute. What's wrong with being polite.

The Talbots Outlet has great selections and a decent variety of sizes available too. The clearance section is huge, but the sizes available are not as good, but that is to be expected at this point in the season.
