I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size, and when I called to change it, they almost forced me to either keep it or keep it no matter what—even if I placed a new order with the correct size. It’s insane how unethical their policy is and how short the window for changes is. Now I remember why I stopped wearing TB.

Donna was super rude. I came to her for help but she just took the shoe and walk away without asking me what size I needed or even looking at me. That was not supposed to be a standard PROCESS because at least you should ask first. It was a waste of time talking to her because she was not helpful at all. Shame on you, Donna. Although other staffs and the manger were nice and helpful, the store deserves a least star review as long as Donna is still there.

My kids bought me two bags on 4/8. Gave them to me on 4/15. Went on vacation and wanted to return one of the bags on 5/1. Return policy is 14 days. Hope the return policy was worth losing customers over. Consider this a public service announcement.
