Store manager gave me information contrary to the company policy and refused to accept a return of items purchased online for store credit, even though the return policy clearly states they honor this. Store manager also refused to give his name or information so I could file a proper complaint with the company. Filed it anyways.

Like others have commented, ishop in store only. Online, you cannot return them in store if you use Apple Pay, PayPal, etc like most of ius do these days for security. Then you contact "customer service" and get anything but. You need to pack it up, print your own label, and then pay to ship it back. For the price they charge for their clothing? Even Old Navy and Walmart give you free return labels.

Today we visited the outlet where prices were 50%off My husband paid cash and mistakenly gave the attendant and extra $100 bill. She immediately returned it She easily could have pocketed it Bc my husband wasn’t paying attention. She gets a 5 star review from us Bc she reassured us that honest people still exist in this world. Thank you so much ??

I don't recommend using zip, klarna, or afterpay with true religion! If you use this for your payment you CANNOT RETURN IN STORE! Just to exchange the item you paid for. You have to pay to return them, and they only give a refund not the item smh now remind you I bought a pair of shorts and T-shirt that cost $120 for a pair of shorts! And they can't return in store. Or do they have a rep to actually talk to the "call center is closed" ? do not recommend this place anymore!
