I drop packages here all the time. The staff is friendly and don’t seem to have issues with items shipping out in a timely manner. Our mail usually comes at a reasonable time too.

Didn’t deliver my critical package on time then had the nerve to say “held at post office per customer’s request” which is a blatant lie. I never requested that. Now they are saying it will be here 4 days later. Cancelled my order and will buy from a company that uses fedex

I’d like to give a specific event 5 stars: it is pouring and we had a package delivered. The postman not only knocked but rang the bell. When I stepped out I couldn’t find the package. He had tucked in under a dry ledge to right of my house, as my front steps aren’t covered. I appreciate the effort to keep it dry.

Usually get our mail without incident except for 1/12/21... notice in mailbox said they tried to deliver pkg that needed signature. They did NOT come to door for that signature. We were home the entire day...no doorbell rang nor was there any knock on the door for signature. They simply put the notice in the mailbox and drove to next house! Phone was a constant busy signal, so couldn't talk with anyone when I tried to call. I know it's been hard on all USPS employees lately, but please don't start this nonsense. It never bodes well and isn't acceptable. Also tried to go thru website to set up redelivery to me for signature, and it wouldn't accept the request.I ended up having to go directly to the Post Office and it took about ten+ minutes for the counter person to find my pkg FINALLY...it had been put in someone else's container by mistake, and had been sitting in that container for a good week!!!I described the color of the plastic cushioned envelope as dark pink or red since that's what my friend always uses when sending me things!!! Thank goodness it was found!!!

I would give them no stars if I could. I never get packages on time. And it's not a matter of management. It is a matter of the truck drivers being too lazy to deliver them. We have had to flag them down NUMEROUS times to get our packages that they "forgot were on the truck" because they were too lazy to deliver them. And on the rare occasion that they do deliver them, they're always shoved into and squished in the mailbox. We also consistently get our neighbor's mail (makes me wonder how much of our mail we haven't gotten). One time every mailbox on the street was off by a house. When we make complaints, we never get any feedback and get major attitude. Once I asked to see the person who delivered our mail and she shouted from the back "Tell them I'm not here!" So rude, unprofessional, and obnoxious. It's too bad I can't change post offices.

I had a service issue concerning a lost package. I filed a complaint on line with USPS. Donna from Wrentham Post Office called me first thing next business day. It was the fault of the recipient and Not the Post Office. I was treated very well.

Claimed to have delivered a package. Did not offer any solutions for non-delivery. Tried to put blame on some other phantom reason such as are you sure? Must have been stolen. Zero stars would be a better rating.

Worst office ever!! Lost my birthday present from my fiancé. They said they delivered it to the wrong address and have been unable to retrieve it. The USPS has the ability to use satellite imagery to locate packages yet they can't seem to get my package back. I also had a gentleman from down the road give me mortgage information addressed to me last year. This needs to stop. People need to be held accountable!!
