Received two gifts one from the outlet and one from Derby shops both wrong size could return one, but not the other sales associate said they don't carry something that nice there I laughed out loud now have to go to an vineyard vines that carries nice stuff lol

I bought a few items mid April. One of the toddler tshirts I bought once washed came out as if it was bleached. Don’t use bleach and my other items that were washed didn’t end up at all like this one did. The next time I went in, I spoke with the manager who I believe her name was Stephanie. I explained to her about the shirt and how it washed and she told me sometimes there are random ones that may happen. She has heard / seen it before. Told me bring back the shirt with the receipt and if she wasn’t there to let them know she ok’d it. She didn’t have to say that, she could have told me no sorry but instead she was so understanding and kind about it.
Unfortunately time did go by, as we haven’t gone to the outlets in a while. So I would understand if the manager I spoke with wouldn’t allow the exchange now. My husband had to make an exchange in Wrentham so he brought it in today. The associate he spoke told my husband it shouldn’t be an issue. The associate then called the manager upfront that was on duty and said over the walkie that it’s “another discoloration return/exchange”. The manager on duty looked at my husband and stated rudely that it was clearly washed in bleach because she’s a mom and she knows. She also stated that she doesn’t care who told us that we could bring it back, she’s not taking it back. She was absolutely rude to my husband. This was not the manager we spoke to originally. There was no need for the disrespectful tone. It was as if she was being bothered…. This was over a toddler tshirt like $10-15 bucks. Not a high price point to have a rude attitude with a customer. We didn’t want money back for it, we just wanted it exchanged since there was clearly a quality issue. And apparently there was another earlier in the day too. So we are not the first or last to probably have this issue.
My husband didn’t get this managers name but she was the closing manager today Monday 6/23/25 and this was between the hours of 5:30-7pm.
I have kept going back to v.vines whenever we have gone to the outlets because of the kindness we have seen by the employees , but this last experience is not making me want to step foot in there again.

If you enjoy shopping while salespeople breathe down your neck, this place is for you. I walked in and from the moment I started looking around, the sales woman did not keep her eyes off of me. You should ask me if I need assistance once, then please leave me alone: I felt uncomfortable the entire time.

The service I received was quite disheartening, as two female sales associates at the store displayed unprofessional behavior by making disrespectful remarks about my family with another customer in front of me. It is of utmost importance for them to enhance their etiquette.

Very uninterested staff. Cashier could not do simple math. The tag read $79.99 with 50% off so it should’ve been $39.99. The item rang up at $89 so with the discount came out to be $44.50. We told her the tag was incorrect. She argued that the price was correct bc half of $79 is $44.50. I had to show her the price on the screen and the price on the tag for her to believe me that it was ringing up incorrectly. The manager then came over and told her to adjust the price proclaiming that ‘people’ can’t read. My husband and I then did a double take at the manager not understanding what she just said and if she was outright insulting us. She then corrected that she was referring to employees which is not only rude but unprofessional.
