Do not order from this company. They do not honor their return policy. They will LIE and say the cleats you returned were scuffed up, when they were not, and deny you a refund. My daughter tried these cleats on, and immediately took them off and put back in the box. There were zero scuff marks. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

Customer service will not place orders when their website is down, just told to keep trying because IT is working on it...well that was 6 days ago. I really hope SFC uses another company for their uniforms next year, this was such a frustrating experience.

Customer service to us to come in to return cleats that didn’t fit. Arrive after 40 minutes driving in the rain to have them tell us they can’t be returned without an authorization code. We were specifically told on the phone we didn’t need one. Would never buy cleats here again - what a hassle!!

We purchased cleats from their online store. Cleats did not fit. We called the customer line and ask them if we can just take the cleats back to actual store they told us for sure. We drove for 45 mins bring the cleats back manager told us that they can not take it because online store and they use different system therefore we can’t return l. They have poor customer service.. if you are sure that you are not going to do swap or any return than it should work fine

Truly awful experience. Customer service continually asks for images of the items and then won't get back to you for weeks. Sizes are way too large but they won't exchange items and make you jump through many many hoops. Definitely stay away from this awful company!

When I purchased a pair of cleats with the understanding that I could return them if they didn’t meet my expectations and when I went to returned it they refused to take it saying it wasn’t in selling condition, despite the fact I had only worn them once in a clean, grassy field.

Sent a jersey with a defective neckline. Stated that their return policy doesn’t cover this.Take your business elsewhere. Many other reputable sports shops with better customer service out there. Wished I read all their google reviews before ordering. Learn from my mistake.

I'd like to give less than 1 star. We purchased $275 Nike cleats from them and the sock tore within 3 weeks of purchase. They won't return them! They're citing normal wear and tear! Beware buying from this company. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful.

Placed an order on 3/2/23 and paid extra $37 for 2 day shipping. This was a jersey for my son's 16th birthday which is tomorrow. Called today on 3/6/23 as my order still says processing not shipped. Called customer service said they are waiting on shipment would be late March. Nothing on the webpage says that the item is not in stock. That information should be clearly stated on the website. Do not waste your time or money with this website or no telling when you will actually receive it. They canceled my order but now I don't have a present...

Purchased a futsal ball within a a few practices that my 8 yr old had, the valve went. Went to exchange it, none available. When I initially purchased it, there was a handful of balls left to begin with. How does a soccer store run out or have issues getting soccer balls? No solution to repairing things like this either?

I bought a boy's soccer cleats in a promotion during the last Thanksgiving holiday. The first delivery went to the wrong address and was returned to the sender. After updating our details with the correct address, the delivery went for the second time to the incorrect address!!!!My son never received the soccer clits, so I canceled the order and kindly requested to apply the same discount from the promotion to a new order in compensation for the past two months of waiting for the cleats, and I was denied. I would have been happy for a different response to my request.

I ordered a Ronaldo jersey on December 27, 2022, and it came and ran very small. On January 23, 2023, I asked to exchange it for a larger size and they refused saying it was customized and final sale. This is a popular player not my last name. I have never been refused an exchange and no where on this site does it state that it was final sale.
