Just be aware that the number on Google is incorrect for this space and they can't seem to figure out how to update their website for some reason when I showed up and asked why I could not call the office they said Google is unreliable and here's a sheet of paper with our phone number on it how am I supposed to know your phone number if I don't come get it pathetic for a large company that handles such a serious thing they're awfully nonchalant about their own information.

Usually when I go they have one person that does it all. They should get another room or 2 open so they can get people out quick. Never have available walk ins anymore. Other then that it could be worse. Very nice hard working people

I would rather get my teeth pulled than deal with the inconsiderate inconvenience they put me through. Then turned around and told me I have 4 min to piss. After making me wait hours. They could have seen me prior to my appointment I told them I was on call and would wait in between. And they pretty much told me they really couldn’t do that. I’m a nurse and they treated me like I was on Parol and committed a crime. The tech was a robot and rude and snarky. I would have been better off dealing with a robot. Poor customer service. They do not treat you like a person. Exactly what I expect from a place in Massachusetts rudeness and lack of consideration. I guess she has to feel important and have some sort of control

Horrible customer service, absolutely horrible. Good luck getting a person on the phone to answer questions about the tests your having done. No PERSON in the office to ask. All service is done remotely until your appointment. There is no way to know how to prepare for your test until you are physically there....if you didn't fast...make another appointment. The people there don't even know how the system works. One person told me that to drop off a sample, you don't need an appointment, you can over-ride the kiosk. Not true! When i knocked on the door to explain the confusion to an employee, she was rude, referring me back to the kiosk, saying she knows of no overide and she can't do anything "because she just walked in the door and doesn't know what is going on".I cannot stress how rude she was. To top it all off- sure, make an appointment but don't expect to be seen earlier than 20 minutes AFTER your scheduled appointment. The customer sevice phone number posted on one of the reviews below was of no help. This place has taken customer service to a new low.

Be very careful as an elderly person coming here. There is no step before the door but then you have to step up into the building when you go through the door. I was not aware of this and tripped and fell entering the building. There was no sign indicating the step. I witnessed the gentleman behind me with mobility issues holding onto the doorframe and he almost lost his balance stepping up into the building because there is no railing. There is a seperate handicap accessible entrance on the side of the building buil it doesn't enter into the waiting room and I would be surprised if anyone realized they would need that entrance until it is to late. They should save themselves a lawsuit and patient injury and get a step with a railing before the door.

Need bloodwork every 3 weeks.Been doing this for over 8 months. The check in is a bit confusing at 1st.Make an appointment, have your license and medical ins. card ready at the auto check in module. The blood draw has always been quick and painless and always with a smile.

Went in today for regular blood work, the attendant only does one out of the four tests ordered. Apparently they have a different computer system but rather than try to help get to the bottom of it I'm told there is only one in the system and that's all they can do. Now I have to fast AGAIN and go back AND work with my doctor to fax the orders to them. My doctor can’t believe it either. Not sure any other Quest location is any better, never had this sort of issue with C-Lab.

I need my lipid panel done periodically and this location is very close. Since it opened, I've arrived at 7AM as a walk-in and have had very minor waits and it was a simple thing. Today was different though. After waiting with another person for 45 minutes, someone took notice of us and said that they no longer took walk-ins as of the previous week and that it was posted "everywhere". Well, it wasn't posted online, it wasn't posted at the check in gizmo, and it wasn't posted at the reception area which is secured like a storage unit.

Was told to drop off a saliva samples here by my primary off cape. My work schedule didn’t really line up with their hours of operation, so my mother brought the samples. She ran through with the employee that everything was done correctly (ie labelled properly, collected at the right time interval etc) and the employee verified everything was done correctly. For some strange reason, despite me having blood work done here multiple times before — they did not have my insurance. They told my mother to fax the insurance information and that they would call her after their lunch break if it wasn’t received. My mother faxed it to them TWICE. We never got a call so we assumed it was fine. I was told by my doctor that these tests take a while to run so I waited for about two weeks before calling my primary to see if my results were in. They tell me they haven’t heard anything but that they will call Quest (this location). The person told a nurse from my primary care that the samples were not properly labeled and that they didn’t run it at all (which is bogus because I labeled them myself and followed all the instructions I was given but I digress). The individual did not specify what exactly the issue was with the labels. They also claimed to have called my primary care’s lab to inform them that they can’t run the sample. Here’s the kicker, the lab off cape never received a call from them. And If they did — I’m 100% they would have called me to tell me the issue. I didn’t receive any call from quest either (though I don’t know if it’s expected for them to call the patient when the test is ordered by an outside office). The many staff I spoke to at my primary care is dumbfounded that this facility would neglect to do this. My family and I are furious because it’s concerning my literal life. It’s one thing to make a mistake, forget, or clear up a miscommunication but to LIE? Incredibly unprofessional and unsafe for the field. I understand you’re understaffed and it’s summer (when I went to get blood drawn back in spring there was ONE employee there alone, who was working double time as both a receptionist and lab technician. The poor thing) but this was handled extremely poorly.

In response to the review below, I bet the woman's name was Valerie. She took care of my doc's orders with me this morning. She was fantastic: so pleasant, professional, friendly, caring and efficient. Not to mention she takes an easy practically painless blood sample. I will definitely go there again. The facility was also in top shape. The whole experience was wonderful...mostly thanks to Valerie.

My gripe isn’t with the office directly. There is just no way to talk to any human being. You call the number listed and it’s an automated scheduler that tells you you don’t have access to a person...

I wish I knew the name of the phlebotomist at this Quest in Yarmouth Port. But she is nothing less than incredible. She pretty much runs this facility all on her own and she does it with kindness and patience and authentic caring. Weeks back I waited a long time to get in because the waiting room was packed (and in the middle of the Covid crisis when she was coming out on a regular basis to spray/wipe down all the seats). When I finally got in there she told me that there was no order from my doctor. After such a long wait, to say I was deflated is the understatement of the year. But instead of dismissing me and telling me that I could just come back tomorrow, she calmly offered to call my doctor, saying that it wasn't a problem and that she would call my doctor's office. I left having gotten the blood test. If all of this wasn't good enough, she is a master at taking blood. Even with my tiny Irish veins, it didn't even hurt. All of this was about six weeks ago. And I am still thinking about how phenomenal she is.Quest - if you're reading this, give this woman a raise! You don't want to lose her. Trust me.
