leah, is extremely rude and inconsiderate. also doesn’t know when to stop when confronting a customer. brought something up multiple times that shouldn’t have been brought up in front of a store full of customers. glad we got rid of comcast so that we never have to go there again

Took my cellphone here to see if they could get some text messages and contacts off my old phone. I had been using my new phone for two months, it took a lot of time to get it set up with wallpaper, sounds, apps, notes, etc... the woman said she'd try and when I asked if everything would still be on the new phone when she was done she said yes but she FACTORY RESET IT!!! Everything was gone, all of the setup I had done over the last two months, just gone. So upset. Took the phone to the Xfinity in Hyannis and they couldn't fix what she had done. Unbelievable. Why would you factory reset someone's phone without asking?? Blew my whole day and will take hours, days. UGH

They have rehabbed the store to make it more customer friendly and display some Xfinity devices. Had to drop off some equipment. In and out in 3 minutes.

I waited outside for them to open to drop off equipment. Young man in there was waiting on someone who cut me in line, which he saw. (I use a cane) I asked to leave it as I was route to Boston. He said “umm, no”, even tho there was someone else who could have helped me so I just left. “Um… no” is not professional or friendly.

We wound up being there forever, trying to solve a couple of problems, but sales associate Morgan was extremely professional, friendly, courteous and patient. They managed to answer our questions and solved our problems.

Your customer service is the most useless thing ever. We’ve had a downed wire for 5 days now and have spoken to too many reps to count, all with empty promises about restoring our service as soon as possible. The way you treat paying customers is despicable. ? I’m not giving you a single star. Again, you’re forcing me to give you one so the post will post.

Terrible, unfriendly staff, and they are even unwilling to help or do their jobs.Legal thieves as a whole. It's been 2 months, and I still haven't hooked up my internet. I don't get the speed I am paying for, and they won't let me switch my plan.Filing a bad business practice through the Barnstable court system this week

After waiting 4 days for a mandatory “upgrade” Comcast/Xfinity shipped me a device I rapidly figured out was used and hadn’t even been reset before it left NJ. I went to this location and Chrissy (could be Krissy?) hooked me up. She took the old modem, the “new” used one with someone’s wifi network settings, and gave me a brand new unit that was an upgrade hardware wise from the supposed new one! She was pleasant and patient and I appreciated her sympathy/empathy. Well done.

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW OF THE LOCATION.There's, apparently, no way to review Comcast/Xfinity company, as a whole. The only way is to share your opinion on all their locations, which seems unfair but needs to happen.Something feels real scammy about offering customers a $30 credit through ACP and then RAISING your prices by exactly $30... Does this corporation have no shame?! It's horrendous and blatant. Twice in the last 6-8 months they've raised the base prices. The first time being a month or two after the program initially came out! They really allowed us to utilize the credit twice and then they jacked our bills up. Doing this ensured Xfinity would still get the same amount of money from the customer, each month, while ALSO receiving the credits from ACP.This company is one of the absolute worst.I wouldn't recommend Xfinity or Comcast to anyone, if it were the last communications provider on Earth.
