No one answers the phone. It's especially frustrating when you aren't able to go in there in person every time you have a question. I've tried to get information about a prescription that I tried to refill through the app that ended up getting out "on hold". I haven't been home so I haven't been able to go in person. Extremely frustrating being on hold on the phone for AN HOUR (multiple times no less), and no one answers the phone! Not even to say "sorry we are very busy right now, can we give you a call back?" Or something along those lines.

The team member Thomas was very helpful at the pharmacy counter. He helped me sort out an insurance issue and saved me money all with a smile ! I recommend Station Ave CVS 100%

No one answers the phone at this CVS, and the phone robot forces you to listen to 3 minutes of nothingness and irrelevant comments. I made a HUGE mistake of transferring a presciption from another pharmacy to save $4.00. CVS needs to change the phone protocol immediately!

The pharmacy here is always very helpful and take time to figure issues out if something isn't right. The front of the store help is also very nice.

Prescription stuck \"in process\" for days. Came in to find out what's wrong. Nothing was wrong, it was stuck for no reason at all. Rx would be ready in 20 minutes. It wasn't. Then, upon checking out, their system steers me into a bunch of marketing stuff that I do never want to sign up for! I always, always regret coming to a CVS. This one, is no different!

They no longer answer their phones due to staffing issues. This is a huge problem when you are in the business of supplying necessary medical information to the public. Management was complacent with the poor service as well.

Worst pharmacy. They try to charge me triple the amount another CVS charges me, they say they don't have my prescription in stock after saying it's ready to be picked up, and when I ask them to transfer the RX to a different CVS the different CVS says I can't get the prescription for another month because this horrible place is saying it was filled when it wasn't. Completely incompetent and unprofessional.
