**fun update** went in the morning, pharmacy is supposed to be open at 9, gates down and locked still at ten past 9. You guys do realize that prescriptions are a very time sensitive thing, right???This isn’t for CVS in general, specifically Miriam Milagros — my doctor called in an emergency antibiotic prescription in the evening for an infection that had spread from my jaw up through my ear that has been bothering me for a month so at this point is quite severe. I didn’t know the pharmacy closed at 8 because Google had cvs open until 10, but we got there at 8:01– worth noting that when we pulled up to the drive through at 7:56, she already had the gate down and shut and computer off. By the time we walked inside it was 8;01. You just wanted to go home, but 8PM means 8PM, not “I don’t think anyone else is coming so I’ll shut it down early.” Please feel free to check the camera footage on timing. After not answering us at the drive through and walking in at 8:01, we were told under no circumstances would we be given the prescription and there was “nothing she could do”, while still standing in the pharmacy. If someone’s health is in immediate jeopardy, ESPECIALLY for something like sepsis, you open the gate if someone is 60 seconds late. Absolute lack of human decency. I know you want to get home, I do, but 1 minute late? One minute???? Is it worth the infection doing real harm to someone?? Be a decent human being. We weren’t even late getting there, you had just decided you were done for the day, if your mother needed a prescription, the gate would magically open.Have human decency and if you don’t want to do your job, quit.

I have had the same insurance now for 4yrs. Was told that my copay is $26, never had to pay so I gave them my insurance card just in case they didn’t have it on file for whatever reason. I questioned the cost and was told to give them a few to check things out. After which Malika came to the window with a full dose of attitude because I was questioning my copay which I have a right to do. She said I had a different insurance in 202. I was about to explain to her that I had the same insurance before 2021 then she just walked away and had another coworker come over to assist me. I’m in healthcare and totally understand the stress of the industry. However, Malika displayed poor communication skills and lack of professionalism with the encounter I had with her.

No one answers the phone at this CVS, and the phone robot forces you to listen to 3 minutes of nothingness and irrelevant comments. I made a HUGE mistake of transferring a presciption from another pharmacy to save $4.00. CVS needs to change the phone protocol immediately!

The ONLY CVS to accurately fill my prescription without subjecting me to the Spanish Inquisition

Just tried calling the pharmacy about a scrip. Was on hold for 20 minutes and no one picked up. My husband just went on Medicare and switched pharmacies. I am, unfortunately, stuck with cvs until I'm on Medicare in 9 months.

Yet again, this store decides that they are going to close 2 hours before they are actually supposed to close. I sure hope management or CVS headquarters looks into why this keeps happening all the time. This is a UPS access point, so for those of us who drive all the way out there to pick up packages only to find that they close whenever they feel like it, are getting very fed up. This is unacceptable business practice for a CVS Pharmacy on which people rely. Time to hire a new store manager.

if I could I'd give this store zero stars, i would. I've lived in this neighborhood my entire life and have used this CVS since it opened and this is the worst it has ever been, I was up at 3 o'clock in the morning with my four-year-old who had 104 fever because CVS didn't have his prescription ready yet again. I understand a lot of people need prescriptions but this doesn't happen at any other CVS and this happens every single time. it doesn't matter if you call ahead if you wait 24 hours I have literally waited 48 hours before and my prescription still wasn't ready… It is never ready. So yes my four-year-old is suffering and we're still waiting for them to open so that we can go wait again and hope that they have his amoxicillin ready. I will never go to the CVS again I don't even care if I need a stick of bubble gum I will drive the extra couple miles to go to another CVS this place is trash

The pharmacy here is always very helpful and take time to figure issues out if something isn't right. The front of the store help is also very nice.

Don’t even bother calling, going or even ordering something for pick up no one responds! The pharmacy is as bad as the front store

Would be nice if people who leave reviews here would be more understanding. They don't close early because they want to, they close because they cannot have employees work extremely long shifts. For example, if an employee is sick, they cannot have another employee work all day everyday. Part of the problem is understaffing as well. Because housing is too expensive for people who would otherwise be available to work on the cape.

Was on hold for one hour to refill a prescription. I understand that it might be busy but this is pittaful. Remain on hold for a few more mins and still no pick up. I got so fed up that I decided to hang up. Ridiculous service
