Store hours say they close at 10 pm. I’ve been sitting in this parking lot for a while waiting to see if someone is going to open the store but I guess the workers go home whenever they feel like it. What a waste of time driving out here. CVS has really gone downhill.

I feel like its pointless adding ANOTHER 1 star because clearly it does nothing to fix the terrible service here, but i called the pharmacy about a prescription for my sick 4 year old and it just stayed on the waiting for someone to answer while music plays….i was waiting for 25 minutes before finally going to the store (while it was still on hold) and guess what. The phone wasnt even ringing in the store. They had no clue i was calling, i couldve sat waiting for 3 hours and no one wouldve answered. What an absolute joke. On top of that the line was like 8 people long, the drive thru was closed, and the people are rude

Terrible cvs in general, none of the shelves were stocker and so many drinks empty…. Now I get it understaffed and a heat wave but come on it’s a major company and there is no need. Go else where.

Review for Michael in the pharmacy working on the evening 1/18. I called to check on a prescription and he was the rudest person I have ever spoken to at a pharmacy. He actually screamed at me over the phone when I told him my dr called to fill my prescription today. Said it would not be ready for another 7 days. I simply asked so it would be ready on 25th? His response was " do the math!! 18+7= 25." I so sad for the other customers who go in and ask a question. When I say yelled I mean YELLED. Will be changing pharmacies.

2 stars only because one woman who works at this pharmacy is friendly. But avoid this location like the plague! They let the phone ring off the hook and never pick up, no hustle at all (hope you like waiting around for no reason), totally unprofessional behind the counter talking about how much they hate working here, they shorted myself and another customer on our meds so we had to go back and pick up more, told me I had a large co-pay on a script that always costs about $3... This pharmacy is a total dumpster fire and no one who works there seems to care at all, including the pharmacy manager. He watches all this go on and does nothing. Ridiculous.

Booked a booster shot for my Mother. Everything was squared away but they still denied her while prioritizing people who walked in off the street without an appointment. There are several CVS locations on Cape Cod. Please take the time to visit one that isn’t completely incompetent.

Why is there one worker in the entire store that only knows how to work the cash register.. is that the only service this CVS do?... I was sent to Walgreens because they can help me there! "Hire ppl who want to work for your company and the workers who work hard treat them good $$"

this is in regards to the South Yarmouth, MA CVS that does covid testing. My husband and I made our appointments and went to the CVS yesterday. We needed the test for travel. Time sensitive. Upon receipt of my results it stated that our tests, both of ours, were not able to be processed because the test tubes used had expired. I now have to make appointments for us at Logan Airport for tests tomorrow. At the cost of $200.00 a piece. You can be assured I will be taking my receipt to the CVS in South Yarmouth for reimbursement as it is entirely their fault because of the use of expired testing supplies. Don't test there. Be sure you ask about the expiration dates on their supplies.

Went in to use an atm and got told I wasn’t allowed to use the atm without buying something first. I just paid 3$ to use the atm... and now I have to buy a water?

Went in around 10am for scheduled COVID-19 tests for 3 people (with insurance). Lady at the drive-thru pharmacy window glanced at her screen for a few seconds after we gave her our respective confirmation codes and simply said all the info that was submitted is wrong and that we’d have to reschedule the tests. As if every CVS on Cape Cod isn’t all booked for three days out already. She claimed she did not have the ability to change anything (I suppose it’s possible, their system might be restrictive). Although I triple checked before submitting all info and even provided a copy of insurance online, it’s possible I made an error, but for all 3 appointments? I didn’t argue because I don’t want to be that customer and something could have been my fault, but I get the feeling she was just trying to avoid administering the tests because they’d be more time consuming. Unpleasant customer service and a lack of explanation are what bothered me the most.

I went to do an exchange for something else. I had everything that I needed and the transaction went smoothly. The manager was not rude and nasty. She took my items and traded what I needed and gave me a receipt and I was pleased and content. The line wasn't long either

Yesterday my mother and I were planning to have our flu shots. There was already a woman arguing with one of the workers named "Jennifer," because something was wrong with her order. Along with another man who apparently has been waiting for half an hour for his payment to go through. So my mother and I were patient as we waited for our own help. We were completely taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the employees. More specifically, the two blonde women that were behind the counter, one named Jennifer. After 30 minutes of waiting we asked if the man standing with Jennifer would help us and she told us he wasn't working. Just a man who stood and gossiped behind the counter for over an hour? Through the hour we saw these workers (1)stand around and loudly discuss how much they prefer one actor over another because of their attractiveness for minutes on end; (2)mixing up the drugs for our testings; (3) purposefully slam our papers in our faces saying that our information sent to them was wrong; and (4) snapping at us with her fingers to get out of the way (for no other customers present). I came in feeling empathetic for the workers because the customers weren't being kind, and left with a whole new understanding as to why.

We went to this CVS for our annual flu shots today, and were shocked to see that the store had no coronavirus protection available anywhere in the store to sanitize our hands or sanitize any products we touched. We were given pens that were not sanitized to sign the flu shot forms. I had to input my CVS card number, instead of just giving it verbally, into a machine that had not been sanitized before use and then had to insert my credit card for payment in the same dirty device. I thought that a pharmacy would be much more conscientious about the Coronavirus risks and take the precautions necessary to curtail the spread.

Awful! I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot. I went at my scheduled time and was told they were out of flu shots. I asked, "shouldn't I have been told" the clerk stated they don't do that the computer does. My Mom had an appointment and showed up to have 10 people in front of her! Do not spend any money at CVS. Terrible customer service.
