Standing outside the store right now — this store is horrendous
9:45 pm, no lane is open to assist shoppers, it’s all self check out
None of the employees make eye contact or offer to help, even if customers seem under strain
The individual supervising the self-checkout is on air pods blue tooth
The guy up front (manager type) seems more interested in conversations with co workers than actually helping
What a shoddy shoddy store
Even the bare bones Shaws in Littleton Nh where we hail from is way better than this
Corporate and or leadership should take a look at this store but I’d wager they’re likely responsible for the cutting of labor and the reliance upon self check out here
