Fabulous selection of silver and gold jewelry, stones, charms, chains, earrings, necklaces, watches, gifts. I was so overwhelmed! I simply must get back there ASAP. The prices are so very gentle on the purse compared to other shops. Personal touches are phenomenal. The personnel polished the silver I purchased. The boxes are adorable. I felt appreciated.
I bought three chains, six charms, a tie clip, and a pair of earrings! So much fun.
This jewelry store has been right under my nose for years. Across the street from The Pancake Man, South Yarmouth.

Stopped in last week with my daughter for the first time this year. We were looking for Cape Cod jewelry. We experienced helpful and friendly customer service as we looked through and tried on bracelets and necklaces. I enjoy shopping here because of the jewelry selection and affordable prices. There really is something for everyone! Great vacation stop!

The other day, my girlfriend and I wanted to return a chain I purchased since it was abit long on her neck. We drove down to make an exchange, apparently the store had lost power. And therefore, one of their co-workers informed us we could not make this happen. She had the worst attitude and horrible customer service to my girlfriend. There was no need for what this person told us in very smug, and condensing manner. I don’t recommend coming here, since they don’t value customer service satisfaction.

BEYOND excellent service. While we walked in just to browse, we fell in love with a few things and the sales person really took his time to help us with sizing and really was just very attentive and friendly. I’m so pleased with experience, the jewelry, and the staff. Looking forward to returning.

I had the worst experience with one of the owners. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought 5 chains in that the clasps failed or some of the chains had kinks in them. He blamed me for not taking care of them, when the quality is just poor. I have never been treated so unfairly and poorly. He refused to exchange or try and help in anyway. Now I have 4 chains that cannot be worn and out a couple hundred dollars. I will never support this business and certainly never give a recommendation. Poor quality and the worst customer service ever. He should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Bought "Cape Cod" bracelet here but it is not stamped 925 for sterling. The gold ball is pale, like 10k, not right color for 14k. Wondering if it's a rip off. Also no receipt was given.
